You know, quite honestly we're not a very big operation. Still, that doesn't mean we take our members for granted. One of the first things we made a priority was a 24-7 customer support line. We don't expect you to keep our schedule, because we certainly can't keep up with all of yours. So whatever time you're on the Internet, if you have a question, we're here to help. If your password doesn't work all of a sudden, or you have a question about one of the postings, we're here to help. If you've ordered from our catalogue, you can check the status on that. Even if you want to cancel we'll help you. We'll miss you, but we'll still help.
If you're having trouble with the site redesign (since June 2002) it might be because you're using a browser that's too old to take advantage of some of the new techniques we're using. We posted the following on the top of NewStuff for a couple months, and we're putting it here too. It's still our best advice:
Since the site makeover, we've come across some issues with older versions of Netscape.
In our typical humanitarian fashion, we've decided to just advise all of you still using Communicator
to simply upgrade to Netscape 6.2 -- it's not nearly as sucky as 6.0 was, and you can see the site
just fine if you take this little diversion. This may not be the "nicest" fix we could come up with,
but on the upside, it has the distinct benefit of being by far the fastest. Quickness counts, right?
