Some make the argument that many, smaller, “posts” make for a better user experience, because people tend to be busy, so they do not really have time to get through a long update before they have to leave to do something weird, like have a regular life. Others feel that fewer, although lengthier, additions to the site fit busy schedules better because people do not have time to log in every day, and if you do a lot of small updates they may miss something in their absence. If you have been a member of any of the Risqué Communes sites, you know that we basically use both strategies, basically at random.
