7/31/16	As we think back, it seems hard to believe, what with our general mental state around here, but today might be the first time we’ve ever used the word “discombobulate” in an editorial. “How can that be?” you ask … or more likely “Why do we care?” … Well, you probably don’t, but you might care about seeing Brooke, Nick Manning, Voodoo with an extremely weird hair style, and an honest to goodness Shakespearean Actress on the set of Sacred Sin, Day Two with D.Minion. Actually, as it turns out, we’re headed BACK to LA to shoot EVEN MORE footage for this thing, since apparently we don’t have enough set ups to sufficiently create the pathos necessary for the audience to identify with Nick’s character, and we don’t technically have any footage of Eddie Van Halen for the music video on Catherine that Michael somehow promised publicly on the web the other day. 7/27/06	Wow. We’ve been off doing such secretive things we can’t even tell you out here what’s up for today. It does make it good to be a member, though, and that’s always nice. We can mention that the “Secret Dude” everyone’s been emailing about since we first started talking about has been allegedly identified by AVN magazine as Eddie Van Halen. We’re going to say “No Comment” … at least out here. We’re holding it pretty close to the vest today, aren’t we? 7/18/06	Dee, Anais, Angel Cassidy, Wanda Curtis, and Isabella are dropping by this morning with beautiful and diabolical intent. … Now if that doesn’t sound like a wonderful opening line to a mystery novel, well, then, you can see why we don’t write mystery novels. … Still, talent issues aside, it’s nevertheless turning out to be a dandy day, what with 200 pictures of beautiful cavorting naked women and a simple way to irritate the computer nerds right at your fingertips. 7/15/06	Oh, it’s another one of those posts … you know, the kind where you need a nice large cold beverage to accompany you while you attempt to get through all that D.Minion can say when the new Ninn Worx contract player, Heather Vuur, DM’s oldest “New Best Friend,” Dee, AND her newest “New Best Friend,” Jassie, all end up on set over one long day. On the upside there is a super-secret hidden (sort of) video clip that will mark the first time anyone outside of the office has been able to see the goings on at Michael Ninn’s Sacred Sin. On the downside, this is only Day One of the Shoot … and there are four more to go. Come to think of it, maybe that’s another upside. … Yeah …. We’re going with that theory. 7/11/06	Now today 7-11 can remind you of something other than a really, really big gulp of something cool and refreshing to drink. It can also remind you of beautiful naked women, and you really have to be pretty old to remember the last time that 7-11 reminded you of beautiful naked women. Without getting too much into corporate politics and all of the “red” states in the middle of the country during the last national election, we can honestly say that it’s possible that after looking at Julia Ann and Inari Vachs today, in our (oddly) never-before-seen retrospective you may think about needing a tall glass of water, even if you don’t have a chance to get it at 7-11. Back when 7-11 had naked women in magazines behind the counter, you know, no one actually purchased water in little bottles. 7/9/06	We can say this rather literally, and if you read it carefully, you’ll understand the gist of today’s post completely. Try this: “Dee naturally Directs Dick with the unnaturally large Dick.” There you go. That covers it. And rarely do pictures as completely tell a story. In fact, we’re just going to let them do that. 7/4/06	A more politically correct group probably wouldn’t point out that the vast majority of Americans are having some sort of celebration today, pretty much at the expense of our (current) friends across the Atlantic. However, in the spirit of new-found allegiance it seemed quite appropriate that we take advantage of today and let some of our British friends help us have a good time. Of course a more politically correct group probably wouldn’t try to use logic that thin, but it’s a character flaw we’ve learned to live with. 10/31/05	In the manner of traditional holiday pursuits, we seek to make some hollow weenies today. Being somewhat distinguished from the norm in this festive tradition, though, it may be possible that we have approached this endeavor with a somewhat unusual slant. Well … that happens. 10/28/05	We came up with the title “Podiatric Ponderings” so it would seem logical that we would have to foot the bill. … That pretty much sums it up for today, folks. Sure, we talk about Socrates, and the nature of the XXX business, and even Zaphod Beeblebrox, but basically the philosophy pales in comparison with the tanned skins of the beautiful women present. 10/25/05	As we were going through all of the completed files, those being of the type ready to put up for the world to see (well, technically not The World, per se, but at least the world of Members) we noticed that we suddenly found ourselves in the midst of a Dee crunch. We’ve been having a lot of Dee, and we worried that we might be overdoing it somewhat. Then we sat down and rested for a bit. Too much Dee? And this time with Kristal Summers?! Riiiiiight …. We just kind of play them as they lie around here, as many of you know, and that keeps us … um … markedly above par. (Don’t you hate it when a metaphor goes astray?) 10/23/05	You know what’s worse than your team losing in the last 10 seconds? Being in such a hurry to get the post up in order to watch the game that you forget the “New Stuff” link, and THEN having your team lose in the last 10 seconds … by one point … because of a missed field goal … by one of the most accurate field goal kickers in NFL history. OK, so put a technical date of 10/25/05 on this post, because after the proper amount of grieving time, we happened to notice this little clerical error. On the upside, you could have found the post if you happened to check the “Dee” Main Page, and (as you’ve hopefully surmised) you can now check out many, many words detailing Dee, Chloe and Jezabelle Bond on a “mainstream” shoot that makes the use of mirkins look sane. 10/20/05	Our conversations about the relative nature of “Innocence” have been going on at the office for about a week. We’ve also learned a few other things that you’ll discover if you decide to read D.Minion’s 2,000+ word essay on the latest Innocence title, this being of the catchy sub-phrase, Wet. Now you may not be overly interested in philosophy, mechanical inclination, or even backgammon, but fortunately we do have Roxy Jezel, Nautica Thorn, and Hillary Scott to distract you. 10/15/05	So the hectic pace around here lately has led to way too many episodes of fast food and pizza delivery. We started realizing that we were probably lacking in some important vitamins, and unless somebody recently changed the four basic food groups to be Triscuits, Beef Jerky, Skittles, and Beer, we might be missing some other things on the nutritional scale too. Then we realized that we’d been lacking Dee stories as well. Obviously we decided that concepts of “Good Health” remain clearly relative, and then we sent D.Minion out for more beer. 10/12/05	Don’t you love words to live by? “If you can’t be a good example, at least you can serve as a horrible warning.” That’s what I learned in a book I was reading recently. At then outside the Adult Video News offices I noticed a bumper sticker that highlighted a Voltaire quote, saying, “Those that can convince you of absurdities can get you to commit atrocities.” All in all it’s been a pretty deep week, it seems to me. OK. That’s pretty much it, although you can look at some pictures if you want. This would be another one of those entries where I’d skip the words if I were you. We only have so much time in the day: We should spend it carefully. Oooooh … we are deep today. 10/9/05	This is a picture of Sunny Lane in the foreground and Justine Joli being quirky in the background. Unfortunately, this is not a day for Justine Joli, other than in this particular photograph (which gets bigger inside, fortunately). On the upside, we do have a lot of Innocence under discussion today, and we use lots of visual aids to accomplish the goal. Basically, it makes for a “Sunny” outlook. 10/8/05	Here’s the story of some lovely ladies … but they about as far from “Brady” as one can get while still being Homo sapien, probably. You can, though, learn about some Ancient Egyptian “herstory” and some interesting local practices near Anais’ home town. 10/5/05	Today might be a special day, or it might not be. Today might be a special day for someone whose name we can’t tell you, but it might rhyme with “truli” … er … “truly” …. And we might be in trouble for mentioning it, but we might not be too, and that’s always been worth the risk for us. Always remember that’s it’s easier to ask forgiveness than permission. 10/1/05	Here’s something that seems like good advice: “Let us not to the marriage of true minds admit impediments.” Of course, it assumes you understand both the literal definition of impediments as well as the psychological concept of true minds. This could be a problem. Gosh. Instead of really icky educational stuff we’re thinking that Angel Cassidy Exposing herself might be a fine diversion. We’ve read some captivating things in our time, and we’re pretty sure that none of this even gets to be in the (admittedly subjective) category of beautiful women naked.
