7/27/19	When you consider that being “normal” means by definition being like everyone else, we cannot honestly say we see the appeal. The days of men being “expected” to be the aggressor in the mating ritual seem to be behind us thankfully, though, so at some point perhaps being normal may not be such a bore. Until that (much more interesting to the voting masses, were they being honest) glass ceiling explodes, however, we have movies to help us along. 7/25/19	A slight possibility exists that some picnics are better than others. Granted, ants in your food are annoying, and spoiled fruit can be very disappointing. Mayonnaise gone bad can even make you sick. However, should you choose the correct people with whom to enjoy the fresh outdoors, you may not care all that much about the things you have on the menu. 7/22/19	Drive around Los Angeles and you may run across a high-end Range Rover in the parking lot of a yoga studio having a license plate that reads, “Kvetsh.” … Drive around a different place, and you may look up and see Nikita Denise having sex with two men in front of a giant window. … Each will entertain differently, of course, but just so you know, not all driving in Los Angeles results in anger, frustration, and way too much time with podcasts. 7/21/19	Right after the annual convention in Las Vegas, all the press outlets scramble to give the most insightful coverage of the most scantily clad. Around here we rather avoid crowds as a rule; “Never want to be a part of any group that would have us as members” and all that. So we tend to post our feelings regarding last year as we approach next year. It works for us, and it generally gets us motivated to start making some plans. Should you wish to join our little group next January 22-25, you might think about some strategies as well. Competing with aging bowlers and overly virile cheerleading coaches can be annoying. 7/15/19	Have you ever met someone whose sexuality was just a little bit on the scary side? Well, should you hang around in this business long enough, you will at some point get used to those internal GASP! feelings and might even be able to suppress your surprise enough that those around you may not even notice. 6/30/19	What better way to celebrate the end of June Gloom than with Sasha Grey? At least that’s how we looked at it. Before we send you off to enjoy this parlay of “Gloom Boom” we will leave you with another thought, however. “Do not worry about hurting my feelings because I guarantee you not one bit of my self-esteem is tied up in your acceptance.” … Now we talk quite a bit about Sasha around here, but that may be the first time we have ever quoted Dr. Phil. 6/29/19	If you happen to be a fan of the classic “I called for someone to help with my connection, so come over here and help me” kinds of plots, golly will you be excited today. You might want to have your popcorn and frosty beverage ready when you press “play” on the scene, though. Otherwise you might miss all the dramatic build-up and be left with only the breathtaking, convincingly enthusiastic, and quite properly pierced Tarra White. How horrible would that be? We’re very deep, you know.) … There are those viewers who might be distracted by the 13-person orgy going on amidst all of this, however, so we did feel obliged to mention our adeptness here at the outset. 6/22/19	One of our current favorite commercials features two presumably “famous” people sitting in a salon lamenting something about their cell phone storage capacity (we think). One of the people looks at the other and says, “I had to delete a picture of my grandmother, to take a picture of my grandmother.” Well, data storage space becomes an issue for us all during our lives, from the time we begin to learn until the time we no longer can — because we’re, y’know, dead. Fortunately, today we have some still living and decidedly memorable people to celebrate. You may need to clear some hard drive space. 6/15/19	If you are playing a role where, for example, your character has the task of repairing a jammed printer, you might at least bring to the role some of the typical knowledge about what people do in an attempt to fix paper jams. This, of course, presumes you are of sufficient age to know what printing devices attached to a computer are, or indeed what the word paper means, of course. To accomplish this most successfully, you should at least pretend that you have no idea what a PDF might be. In fairness, should your character also know that it will be having sex with Kaci Starr in a few minutes, that might be more than a little distracting on the method acting aspirations. 6/1/19	A decades-old debate has been going on between Geeks and Nerds, each claiming higher ground on the hierarchy of Not Quite Normal and Darned Proud of It. Much like the “At Least I’m Not” rationalization that exists in the world of Bikini Dancers > Topless Dancers > Nude Dancers, people create their illusions and grasp them with all their sanity. Of course only a small percentage of the “Real World” understands any of those groups, resulting in the fact that nobody much cares about the decades-old debate after all. It seems that we’ve uncovered a treasure-trove of unseen photographs of Anais, and it seems further like he would like to see them. It’s been an emotional week, but this seems like a dandy way to kick off the weekend. Sometimes you just need to take some time and look at the pretty girls. 9/6/06	Oddly enough the important people are headed off to Los Angeles to begin anew with the task of covering shoots for Ninn Worx. This time around Lorraine Sisco’s directing (contract star) Heather Vuur in a Feature called (so far) Aperture and Michael’s directing Heather to lead the next of his Fem releases. That’s interesting, but not nearly as interesting as checking out an in abstentia tribute to “an old best friend” of D.Minion’s. 9/2/06	It’s hard to believe, but we’re actually working our way through this Sacred Sin BTS by D.Minion as we reach Day Four today. Aside from the fact that there are some unusual (and fun) music video pictures, there’s also Monica Mayhem (and of course Heather Vuur and Jassie). All in all in was a day of Gothic Chandeliers, Piles of Rubble, Musical Geniuses … oh, and fake blood.
