We are way too early in the process to know for sure how good or bad the attorneys involved are when it comes to the porn star victim issue, but from our chair outside the courtroom, we think the prosecution here needs help. Think about it: To be effective, the prosecuting attorney really needs to at least try to see the world through the eyes of the victim.

The mere sight of strange engorged penis will likely not send her to tears. But experts all agree that rape is not about sex; it’s about power, and anyone can feel helpless in that situation. It’s not her familiarity with the biology of copulation that should be the issue. Her profession should not be putting a kink in the plan for justice.
