Life on Devinn Lane

So … to our feature presentation …

Remember when last we left, the-artist-known-as-Felecia-but-seemingly-having-no-character-name had been telling us about the performances of Alice Meridian in underground — or on stairs, as the case may be — porn movies. (As you recall, Alice has recently died, and thus we tie in our New Stuff introduction remarkably well.)

Once again the scandal potential of a closet lesbian seems to dominate the thoughts of everyone except our star Felecia. … And, honestly, that’s about it for this segment. We could say that the writer and director clearly subscribed to the Twat Before Plot philosophy, but that would probably be in poor taste.

On the other hand, poor taste has never been much of an impediment around here, so feel free to use that wherever you wish. If you need convincing, just realize that any more talking time would have meant taking away time from Inari Vachs, Cheyenne Silver, Allysin Chains, Tiffany Mynx, and Liza Harper. You’ll probably understand their decision.

Still, it does seem like it would have been “possible” to have rounded out the plot a bit more and still had lots of lesbian love to go around.

Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they’ve been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It’s an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It’s a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.Muhammad Ali

OK. So he might not have been talking about lesbian trysts. … But he might have been.
