10/31/26	Human Sexuality covers a very broad spectrum — which we would have made a joke out of 20 years ago, but now it would be inappropriate. Obviously things change over time, but some of us have been most surprised by the way humor has evolved (or, y’know, devolved). Case in point today, things we might have laughed at owners even considering as movie series titles now might be on volume #12 in our feature TOC presentation. We don’t know what that says about sexuality, or humor, or just the general state of humans, but we’re pretty sure we don’t want to understand it either. Never underestimate the value of forced ignorance.
10/30/26	If you have ever had the chance to enjoy some decidedly adult behavior with a consenting friend out in the isolated beauty of nature, odds seem good that you found that a memorable experience that has stayed with you over the years. Now there are some technical considerations you might need to plan for in advance — like a comfy blanket will come in handy, for example. Should you be truly adventurous and wish to record that event, there are a few other things you should remember, which the folks behind our next Rawhide adventure may or may not have thought about at the time. … In fairness to them, naked horny people can be distracting.

10/25/26	One of the real benefits of having your own web site occurs when you have a chance to wish a good friend a happy birthday. Hey, it beats the heck out of sending a generic card, after all. Of course when you have missed the date and find yourself suddenly embarrassed, you may then apologize publicly, hoping to ameliorate any of the disappointment or ill will. When you get right down to it, it helps a lot if you can say, “But I made you laugh and gave you Asia Carrera.” … Based on our experience, most friends will forgive you at that point. If they do not, they might still be distracted by Asia.

10/19/26	One might believe that the adult movie industry does not much utilize nuanced concepts of storytelling, such as foreshadowing for example. Of course, one might also believe that the adult movie industry uses foreshadowing with about as much nuance as a cast iron skillet swung against the side of your head. Honestly, if you try to read too much into the storytelling of the vast majority of these movies, you will only disappoint yourself, and likely get distracted from the whole point of the director’s intent. Wise people know, however, that Risqué exists just to fill in those blanks in the narrative. That way you can get along to the director’s intent without feeling lost. We’re kind of a “Long Time” public service, really.

10/17/26	Anyone who thinks that the elders of the Risqué Commune might suddenly feature an entire movie simply because it would be offensive to the less elder Risqué Team members, well, they would be correct. Of course this in no way diminishes the great fun that Ben Dover’s Employment Opportunities might provide when viewed with the proper filters in place — and under the right circumstances, of course. There ought to be a rule that unless you have intentionally irritated someone just for the fun of it, you are not allowed to complain about anything. … We do confess to having a grand time watching the younger ones become the older ones and then start complaining about the new younger ones. Nothing like a satisfying, “SEE?”

10/9/26	For certain generations, mention “Rawhide” and you will stir memories of a classic Clint Eastwood western. Others will break into song in homage to “Joliet” Jake and Elwood Blues. This second group may transition into any number of musical numbers requiring all of us to at least think about it. … As we begin our Rawhide journey we revisit neither of those eras, but on the other hand, our cast will be significantly prettier.

10/5/26	Seek and ye shall find. … We’ve all heard that, right? Although if you think about that with a bit more depth, it never actually says that we’re going to find what we were seeking, or even that we will be better off having found it. In fairness, one might be able to presume those things if one happens to be reading the New Testament when running across that little diddy, but when you find it in the Risqué Commune, well, all bets have become presumably off. A sentence pulled from the remaster today reads, “We know: It ain’t perfect. … We also feel that we may well have evolved that concept into an art form.” … So maybe just seek something.
10/4/26	Every so often, we get a remaster request from D.Minion that puts all the geek people here just short of breaking out in hives — or maybe just past, depending upon the geek and their particular function in this chaos of nudity and sweat. (Well, not in the office, per se, as we remain fully clothed and nicely air conditioned as a general policy.) Still, while irritating Ms. Minion may result in bouts of unpleasantness, making D.Minion sad makes you feel like you just kicked a puppy. … Therefore, we comply today with way more porcine prestidigitation than may be healthy for one sitting. On the upside, nobody has to fear coming to work on Monday, and that’s always pleasant.
