2/28/10	Maverick and 247AdultStars begin the "official" Adult Entertainment Expo coverage, which makes those of us waiting on the reports from Lon and Steve just a little nervous, quite honestly. If you think about it, one doesn’t need to spend much time writing two or three hundred words, particularly when you’re talking about the contributors around here. Oh well, in typical fashion we’ve decided to panic about that bridge when we suddenly have to cross it, and at least Mav decided to break this mega-event up into four parts. For our part, we’ve decided that only brief editorial comment, supported by a very few quite wonderful pictures of Kristal Summers at home might be just the ticket today. Apparently there’s a big hockey game at the Olympics that people want to watch anyway. At least hockey makes some kind of sense as a sport, we’ll give it that. 2/23/10	Granted most people in the adult business probably don’t look at the Tiger Woods situation the same way as more "regular" folks do. We certainly don’t want to look at it as often, that’s for sure. It seems to us (at least the males) here, that no one has ever asked the question we really all want to know. How the heck can you be that famous and get away with it that many times with that many women? We don’t give one whit about "why" you did it, but if you could just tell us HOW, that would be useful information. Being (often decidedly) not one of the males here, however, D.Minion brings in her timely (and predictably weird) take on the whole sex addiction scenario. 2/21/10	We’re not sure how many of you actually watch the world competitions going on up in Vancouver right now, but we do have a question for any of you that might be more knowledgeable than we seem to be. What kind of a person thinks it’s a wonderful idea to jump on a sled and fly down a winding tube of ice when the first thing that hits something if there’s a problem will be their head? Shouldn’t we all be just naturally wary of a sport called the "Skeleton" anyway? … At any rate, while pondering these more confusing questions, we’re continuing our own Olympic efforts with the Dee at KSEX saga, not only because it stands in marked departure from Mav’s latest entry, but also Dee has really great breasts — which never seem to be covered up by all that necessary winter clothing. 2/19/10	This seems to be the ultimate day for sweethearts, which seems to assume the possibility of bitterhearts, right? … And on a completely unrelated topic (Yeah, right.), we finally got a convention report submitted by one of our certainly dedicated professionals. Curiously it was not the most recent convention, but we’re getting closer, so that has to count for something. Also, Maverick’s new post does feature a great many U.K. stars, albeit in a more clothed perspective than we’d prefer. … Finally, just as a public apology here, the date on this post was supposed to read "2/14/10" to not only fit in with the introduction above, but also to coincide with Mav’s Two Year Anniversary of 247AdultStars. Consequently, Tori Black is Back (and we’d all love to hit the sack with her, come to think of it). 2/28/09	Well, we did warn you that the 2009 Adult Entertainment Expo reports were about upon us, so at least we’re not hitting you completely out of the blue here. That said, Uncle Gibby has thoughtfully begun to burst the dam with only a trickle from Day One today. He had grander plans, truth be told, but as it turns out creating projects for your friends and creating projects for web publication happen to be completely different animals. As does our old buddy Georgia Adair, though, Gibby does hail from the often bitterly cold state of Wisconsin, and we can tell you that the “frozen brain” syndrome at least comes up in the conversation when you’re enquiring about rationale, née excuse, in these sorts of situations. Still, he has a fine sense of adventure (or else he would have run from the rest of us screaming in terror, like most sane people do) and he has an excellent serendipitous flair when it comes to providing opportunity for a dazzling intermission. After seeing his words in print here, you should know, odds are good that Gibby will then set about wondering why he couldn’t accidentally get this beautiful women in his home instead of finding himself watching her from it. 2/28/08	We’re reaping the rewards of the UK extension today with a new gallery on KazB. We thought we’d mention it here too, just in case people aren’t yet used to looking at the 247AdultStars main page yet. Maverick uses a more traditional approach with his site, that being essentially just adding new gallery (or video) links to a star’s "main" page to update. Apparently not everyone on the web talks as much as we do. Go figure. That’s hardly the only non-traditional thing about us if you really want to know the truth. 2/23/08	Granted we’re paying a not-so-subtle tribute to yet another UK influence with our "Stray Cats" references. 2/8/08	Big news on the horizon usually means silly amounts of code work in the office. Consequently while the alleged boss dude was distracted, someone from the Blue Collar Comedy writing corps obviously infiltrated our ranks as we were working on the next installment of the AEE 2008 review. Somebody better settle that writers’ strike in Hollywood pretty quick because those folks can be a bad influence on the young and impressionable it seems. On the upside, "Porn Princess" Christina and Redish will be happy, because they can finally know that all of their "stuff" will be shipping out this week. 2/3/08	We were going to post the final episode of the "Pink Makes Dee Think" Cam Show to celebrate the final day of the 2007 NFL season. … But then someone here pointed out that this is not in fact technically the last day of the season. We won’t mention whom, since that might be unnecessarily critical, but we will say that her name rhymes with "See Em" (if you note that we haven’t used an apostrophe in that second word). So we’re making it "Episode Two" and we’re trying to be nice about it. Still, has anyone actually watched a Pro Bowl in the last 15 or 20 years? … Well we haven’t either. … Basically we all know that the Pro Bowl just serves as methadone for football addicts. … Our final advice would be to just wait a day or so on this and watch the Super Bowl. And if you don’t like football, just do what "DM" does: Read a book during the game and look up to watch the commercials. (OK. 2/17/07	We’ve got another big trip down to LA planned, because Michael has decided that it’s a grand idea to shoot eight days in a row … because Michael is completely insane. That said, we figured we’d tag along anyway because odds are good that there’s going to be at least a few very interesting young women to talk to, and the fact that they’re likely to be scantily clad really doesn’t enter into the equation at all. OK. It might, but we were never very big fans of equations in general, so we plan on doing as little math as possible while we enjoy the ambiance. For your part, you can finally read about Redish’s big day with an also scantily clad Kristal Summers, and you can once again remind yourself about the value of genetics as you consider Anais. All in all, if this doesn’t keep you busy until we get back next weekend, then you can try solving equations for three variables or something, but don’t ask us for help. 2/1/07	According to the take-out packaging at the local’s Wendy’s restaurant, a “Zedonk” is a cross between a male zebra and a female donkey. Implied in this description must be the logical assumption that a female zebra would kick the begeezus out of a male donkey if he tried to mount her. Now we don’t know what exactly Lon’s beginning of the AEE would be a cross between, and we’re pretty sure the one thing it doesn’t have is implied logical reasons buried in it. But it does represent a rather wacky example of our lives, and we get to see Dee naked for a bit, and that’s always nice. You have to consider that we may not be the best judges of things around here, though, as we thought “Zedonk” was the sound your rotweiller makes when the car it’s been chasing for months finally decides to stop in the road.
