4/22/23	Simple math tells us (no matter how much we hate cussing in just the second word of a sentence) that on your first birthday you have actually begun your second year. Of course these minor nuances do not matter so much in the earlier years as they might in the later ones. Our conclusion thus far has been simply that not all birthdays are created equal. Some have Dee, for example, a condition that makes basically anything in life better. These might also include video references to fine achievements, making the age of the Assistant Director insignificant to the meaning. So, yeah … that. 4/20/23	Some people simply do not understand the warmth and serenity provided by an old pickup truck. Then we saw the Washington Post list of major corporate “Fools” and quickly decided, “Yeah … we cannot compete with that.” So we decided instead to highlight a decidedly not foolish lesbian adventure featuring Risqué Business favorite Charlie Laine — both in photographs and video. 3/31/15	Goodness but time can get away with a situation around here. In doing just a tiny bit of looking back to “finish” a day in the box cover lives of Juli Ashton and Dee, we were more than a bit shocked to find out that we began the tale clear back in early January. Truth be told, not that much surprises us when it comes to the adult industry anymore, but looking at the same “assets” with two different mindsets can lead to some interesting results. When we started the Essentially Dee Box Cover Day we were thinking, “Dang! We gotta get ready for the convention!” whereas now we have been mainly thinking, “Dang! We thought we’d mention it here too, just in case people aren’t yet used to looking at the 247AdultStars main page yet. Maverick uses a more traditional approach with his site, that being essentially just adding new gallery (or video) links to a star’s "main" page to update. Apparently not everyone on the web talks as much as we do. Go figure. That’s hardly the only non-traditional thing about us if you really want to know the truth. Somebody better settle that writers’ strike in Hollywood pretty quick because those folks can be a bad influence on the young and impressionable it seems. On the upside, "Porn Princess" Christina and Redish will be happy, because they can finally know that all of their "stuff" will be shipping out this week. 2/3/08	We were going to post the final episode of the "Pink Makes Dee Think" Cam Show to celebrate the final day of the 2007 NFL season. … But then someone here pointed out that this is not in fact technically the last day of the season. So we’re making it "Episode Two" and we’re trying to be nice about it. Still, has anyone actually watched a Pro Bowl in the last 15 or 20 years? … Well we haven’t either. … Basically we all know that the Pro Bowl just serves as methadone for football addicts. … Our final advice would be to just wait a day or so on this and watch the Super Bowl. 6/19/04	Wendy’s lingerie items have been earning some note lately, which makes a great deal of sense when you look at them. But as much as we like looking at pictures of Wendy in lingerie, it still doesn’t compare to actually seeing Wendy in person. Sadly, we’re not able to do that for this round of LA Erotica, but while the gang’s all roaming the room, compiling God knows what all, those of us not actually attending this year decided to remind everyone what a visually compelling couple Wendy Divine and Eric Masterson make. We found a D.Minion story validating the theory, and we found 75 pictures to go along with it. If you can’t go to the convention, this makes for a nice way to forget your misery. 6/16/04	I’ve been using “computers” since we stored data on cassette tapes. I remember when we thought a Ten Megabyte hard drive was just ridiculous. No one could ever use that much storage space. The “new” 3-1/4” floppies were almost as good as sliced bread. I know something about computers. But D.Minion can do things with electonics that baffle even folks a lot smarter than I am. She gets error messages that I’m pretty sure Microsoft just put in as a joke — knowing no one would really ever do what it would take to get that message. Why is this important? Because in today’s Night Calls Report, D.Minion has done some truly amazing things with her digital camera, although she claims she has no idea how. It doesn’t really matter, because Juli Ashton and Tiffany Granath (and guests) look good, no matter how you look at them. We do feel sorry for Maverick, however, as there are many, many pictures from which he will have to choose his new Message Board Icon. Come to think of it, maybe that serves him right.
6/4/04	Every time we try to get “official” with our handling of the web site by programming some functions to operate automatically, we get something wrong. We end up spending a lot of time and money, and then a stupid period or space or something is in the wrong place, and everything grinds to a halt. Consequently, many of you probably didn’t see the June 1st post (below), which was supposed to work in the fancy way, but everyone seems to have seen the June 2nd post — which we did the old fashioned way. Rather than dwell on our stupidity, however, we’ve decided to just ignore it and concentrate on Day Two of Angel Cassidy’s Sex, Money, Power shoot, which has not only a bit of Anais again, but also a whole bunch of Dee.
