Despite best efforts, when you’re dealing with literally thousands of directories in the network system tying together nearly a dozen separate sites, on rare occasions, things can get lost in the bounty. At that point the whole, “Hey! She’s naked!” thing really doesn’t stop the clock anymore. Not saying whether that constitutes a good thing or a bad one, of course (but probably a bad one).
