In the actual real world of our industry, you can find yourself negotiating a whole litany of very odd terms, which should come as no surprise if you think about it. “Do you do anal?” probably does not come up in many job interviews — or at least it definitely should not be an issue. If one should suddenly decide that while continuing in their existing job, they would henceforth like to perform their duties naked, the response might be just a tad varied — depending upon how said person looks naked, perhaps. In general, though, friends at work might be polite, suggesting gently that perhaps one might have forgotten something on this new day, like maybe clothes. Others might run screaming (in embarrassment or horror) toward HR — without passing GO and without collecting $200 along the way. We do not bother with HR in our world, however. 
As with any job, not every day at work will be as wonderful as any other day at work. That said, even a less good day having sex probably beats having a less good day doing, say, cleaning Porta Potties for construction sites or something. One of the lesser-known ambitions in this business does not appear often, but it does happen.
