Back when the Old Stuff was New Stuff

11/29/02	Now that the Christmas season can officially begin, despite what Southern California retailers have been thinking since before Halloween, we’re taking a moment to appreciate the time of year for its emphasis on retrospect. Words like “tradition,” and “history,” and other such creche phrases (sorry, Lon) bring about a peacefulness, and a comfort with one’s place in the cosmos. Were that not so we would never have the nerve to draw attention to what a half-decade in Risqué evolution has meant. Each of us represents the sum total of our experiences, and the people with whom we’ve come in contact. Were it not for everything that happened in our past, none of us would be in precisely this position today. So we’re showing off a good bit of our past, and hoping sincerely you forgive us our graphic transgressions of the day. (Honestly, some of the graphics are down-right ugly.) If you do nothing else, take a look at what Nikita can draw with a trackball; these were some extraordinary women in wonderful times. 11/28/02	We would be remiss not to add our Holiday Wishes to all of those you receive today. We hate that. Missing the first time is bad enough, but remissing really sucks. 11/26/02	We’ve just decided to stop trying to make any sense of what we do. After putting together what in retrospect turns out to have been one of our largest single posts ever, we noticed that as a technical matter, this subject rests at best tangentially related to us. Still, when people catch our eye (our experienced and critical eye, actually), it seems worth note. Consequently, we created “A Stormy Brewing on the Horizon” and put it up for you. Hey, Stormy’s funny, and y’all know that’s our favorite characteristic around here. Sexy, willing to get naked, and funny: You’re a shoo-in for accolades. And it’s honestly nice to see success for a woman in the industry who’s not a “twig with tits” as some more crude than any of us here would be. We’re never crude. Really. Swear. So here’s the gig: There are 160 pictures, two video files, and more $5 words than you run across in a typical New Yorker Magazine article. None of this justifies our interest, of course, but it does lead us to one of our favorite excuses: “Hey, it seemed like a good idea at the time.” By the way, we have a special VIP member with us now. 11/21/02	Contrary to popular belief, the most powerful person on the planet is not the President of the United States. The President has “checks and balances” and a whole bunch of folks that look over each and every decision, mostly trying to see what personal benefit they can get, but looking nonetheless. The most powerful person in the world is the cable guy. With almost no verifiable supervision, this person (and we admit “guy” may be “girl” ) determines whether or not your Internet business can actually connect to the Internet. They have evolved the “blank stare” into an art form; they can utter the simple phrase, “Hmmm” with devastating accuracy and result. They control our lives, and we can’t vote them out of office; you can’t really even talk to them without developing a nervous tick in your left eye. Dang. We say all this because FINALLY we can get back to work — four modems, two routers, no less than seven “service calls,” and 42 hours later — but who’s really counting? So now you can read about Julia Ann and Dee in Hercules. 11/18/02	Except for the fact that the stupid Broncos embarrassed themselves on national television again, last week was a pretty good week. We figure it must have been because we started the week with Wendy and her birthday celebration. So then we figured we’d just start this week the same way, and keep right on celebrating. 11/11/02	Fair warning for Wendy fans: We’re congratulating her on a special day, and you’d best remember your thoughts too. All the folks that went to the members’ party know that Wendy hanging all over you while she’s naked may be one of the finer moments in all of life, and it’s good that we take a moment now and again to thank her for her naked self. It’s Kristal’s first “on screen” work for us, and we’d forgotten what an adorable shy thing she used to be. She’s still adorable, even without so much of the shyness these days. See what we mean? 11/7/02	We’re just being honest here when we say that most of you should probably just skip this posting. You know how it is when you clean house and get rid of a lot of things that have been cluttering up the place? Well, that happens in offices too, and so we’re just tidying up. Consequently, there’s almost no naked girls in this entry, and it seriously diverges from the fine adult content you’re used to. Still, we promised several members, and even our mom on one thing, and this is the result. You should probably skip the miscellanea and just wait a couple days. 8/21/02	Dee’s been “chaised” by fronds in low places, and we have the pictures to prove it. 4/30/02	The word “Euphoria” evokes a great many emotions. Very low on that list are 22-hour work days, near death experiences, and performing oral sex on someone who pauses to regurgitate. Somehow, though, all of these elements combined to make Wicked Picures’ Euphoria by far the top award winning video of last year. D.Minion was on set to document some of the seeming disasters and take 50 pictures of beautiful women in various stages of undress. 4/27/02	In a stark break from tradition, we’ve come up with some personal insight into an actual news item. You may have seen on the evening news, or are going to see on the evening news, or would have seen if you had watched the evening news, an item about a biker-gang shooting in the vacation town of Laughlin, Nevada. It happened at 2:15 in the morning at the casino in “Harrah’s.” This year marked the 20th anniversary of the “Laughlin River Run” attended by Harley Davidson enthusiasts from around the country. This year marked Playboy TV’s first connection with the festivities. This year was unfortunately the first marred by death and serious injury, which had absolutely nothing to do with Playboy TV, but had to do with something we absolutely don’t understand. Inari Vachs tells a tale of irony and attempting to keep a humorous mood in the aftermath. 4/5/02	D.Minion’s back with Night Calls from February 6th, yeah! It turned out to be the last show for regular “Call Girls” Inari and Dee. BOO! 3/20/02	Wendy’s making another appearance, this time in the obviously anticipated “ending” of the Chronicles of Nick Manning. That’s how you know sex is over, right? When the guy orgasms? We conclude with volumes seven, eight, and nine, and it was fascinating to see how much film and time they spent documenting male ejaculate. We’d look into the theories behind that, but quite frankly it sounds like way too much work. We’ll let some aspiring Ph.D candidate do it, and then we’ll just read the answer. Devinn was producing her first show for her contract company Wicked Pictures, and Julia Ann was starring with her in what was her first XXX movie in over a year. Next week she’s flying off to Florida with Shayla LaVeaux. The other night she was relaxing in her apartment when Wendy Divine dropped in wearing very little and willing to wear even less. While Deb had “her people” working to get up her experiences on Night Calls, Juli had been pushing us to get her own site up to date too. Well, what we have here is a Night Calls marathon going on, and we’ve promised to keep it going until we’re current. Kristal’s working on the image editing work for the February shows, and now you can finally read about the December shows! Feel free to look at the pictures too, if you’re so inclined.
