6/21/26	Most of us have probably done some form of remodeling or general improvements around the home. Pure city people may not have had that experience of course, but they’re missing out. 6/15/26	Considering that most fans watch more than a single adult movie in their lives, selling “Real Lesbians” as a literal concept might be a bit tough when Tiffany Thompson and Briana Blair each have lots of movies where they perform with males. A quirk of the industry, though, dictates that if you put “Bisexual” in a movie title, it necessarily means it contains men having sex with other men. Apparently women having sex together without men falls into some nebulous “regular” category, so companies use “Lesbian” with an implied — and thus totally invisible — “in this movie” follow-up. … We can explain it, but we can’t help it make sense. 6/14/26	Growing up, Flag Day used to be a sort of unique local community holiday where everyone waved little cheap flags throughout the day and those of us in the fortunate communities got to eat homemade ice cream served at the local drug store. I will say personally — in a surprisingly unpopular opinion around here — that the Redneck in me loves the cage fight part of the party, though. On the upside, this puts our Industry Event Reminders task complete for the last six years. Of course two of those years there were no in-person events because of that … thing we had. Society changes, and sometimes it takes a little time on the planet to realize that little important fact. This does not mean that we should forget, or certainly not condone, all actions from our history, but painting it all in horrible colors misrepresents the past and belittles the sacrifices of all those who have for generations worked to make life better for all of us. Of course one would need to teach that history to acknowledge its importance, but that debate belongs in a different forum.
