8/31/22	If one must say goodbye to the lazy days of summer because the Evil Fall Empire and all its leafy portend of winter ice and doom has once again come around, well one should do so with a fine early cam show featuring Dee and her guest Anais. That’s what we think. … Now full disclosure, not one of us can really remember any lazy days of summer, since for some of us that happened a half a century ago, but nor does Southern California have any winter ice or doom. That seems like a fine trade, and we still get Dee and Anais. So what’s a snow shovel?

8/29/22	As fall races toward us, young minds across the world approach higher education with the daunting prospect of “orientation” on the horizon. We have Orientation on the mind “2” — although nobody should be the least bit frightened by our interpretation. You do not even need booklets, maps, reams of paper, or even friendly people to point you toward the correct building at least. For those dead set on University orientation, though, we have three small pieces of advice. Learn where they serve you food so you do not starve to death. Learn the location of the school book store so you can buy used text books and only spend as much as a used car. Finally, learn where the library is so when your parents ask you about it there exists a slight chance you can bluff your way out of a sticky situation, even if you have never been inside the library, technically.

Given that opportunity here, at least one of us would really like to ask, “Back when you were a young woman, did you not understand the concept of beheading? Naturally our leader (he being most definitely not fluent in social media) immediately exclaimed, “Wow. They have an entire national day that celebrates our everyday lives?” … He means well, if that matters. … Truth be told, this reweaving of previous tech into modern tech project can result in many moments of feeling like your stomach just dropped out the bottom of your feet. Of course, while undeniably difficult, these loops and dives tend to be really, really fun. Case in point, well, today.

8/15/22	To paraphrase Vince Lombardi in a commercial that any pro football fan has seen hundreds of times by now, “What the ‘L’ is going on out there?” … Of course Mr. Lombardi in this snippet seems rather upset about what he sees transpiring whereas in our situation, that being wrapping up Finding the “L” in Love, we feel quite fine with the whole thing. Admittedly there could be some fundamental difference between nubile lesbians and sweaty bleeding men beating on each other, if you think about it. … Our suggestion would be to watch Georgia Jones and Shyla Jennings today, even if the sweaty bleeding men did start the preseason this weekend. You make that call, though.

8/12/22	The best life lessons are those that apply to a myriad of situations. Of course the very best always include a sentence something akin to, “Oh, yeah. I really, really like Ben & Jerry’s Karamel Sutra Core ice cream. That makes me very happy.” Sadly we all likely need more life lessons than that, so we do our best today to provide folks with a real-world example of how kindness pays dividends often years into the future. Of course not being kind may also pay dividends, but they may not be nearly so pleasant and most definitely not include Ben & Jerry’s Caramel anything. So y’all make your decisions accordingly.

(Full disclosure, we do tend to invite wildly famous actresses through their publicity departments, and not one has ever shown up. Yet we persevere.) Second, it could be that all the people were paid to be at the party, thus explaining their truly horrible taste in beer and wine. Sure, you could sell recordings of the second kind as a “Sex Party” but we generally taste test fine whiskey or sipping tequila at ours. So … neener-neener. 8/5/22	Everyone should try to acquire life lessons while watching adult movies, we figure. After all, what could be more 100% completely and totally realistic than an adult movie? … Even admitting the absurdity of that statement, though, one can still find moments in a discussion where one might slip in a bit of knowledge.
