6/29/06	We have a curiously brief report on Erotica LA today, possibly having something to do with D.Minion’s sudden (and almost unexplained) incapacity. Gee. We just can’t figure out what happened. But there are 60 pictures here, and some video clips of items seen at the show that almost uniformly have no practical application. Come to think of it, that pretty much defines our goal in life. 6/25/06	LA Erotica was actually a bit wackier this year than it has been historically, and we’re blaming D.Minion. That seems fair since she’s been hanging out with Lorraine Sisco altogether too much and has plastered us with 310 pictures, a secret mpeg, and 3000+ words covering the bizarre second day of Lorraine’s The Catalyst. These two women should quit hanging out so much together, and so we’ve decided just to tie DM to a chair in the office, or maybe to one at her house so she could commune with her cat. We’re definitely breaking her keyboard, so enjoy these Mega-Epics while you can. Some day we’ll look back on this and laugh … She swears. 6/20/06	It’s a bit of nostalgia, with stories of a young Devinn Lane, and it’s a bit of awe, as we look at all the Wicked Pictures can do with a DVD release, and it’s more than a bit of the shamelessness that makes us loveable that we’re offering today. Well, maybe we’re not loveable, per se, but that’s really the only word we could think of on the spur of the moment, and we didn’t want to delay you any further from D.Minion’s review of Wicked’s Camp Cuddly Pines Power Tool Massacre. 6/19/06	Well don’t everyone fall off of their chairs or anything, but we’re back again. The new system seems to be working remarkably well (although we’ll almost certainly regret saying that). We’re going with just a typical little D.Minion story today, this being her “pre-production observations” of Sacred Sin. We looked at the entire story in Word and learned, much to our dismay, that the entire discourse covers some 10,027 words. Since a picture is worth a thousand words, our immediate suggestion was to just give y’all a dozen pictures and let you keep the change. D.Minion’s look was not one of adoration at this suggestion, however. So we’re breaking it up, and we promise to get through it all – if for no other reason than everyone here is pretty much afraid of D.Minion. Women in their 40’s get a little scary you know … . 6/18/06	This isn’t so much a “let’s see if this works” kind of thing as it is a “OK. Fine. We’ve been promising you we’d do this since the Dark Ages (translation: Before Sacred Sin), so now we’re finally doing it.” sort of thing. That said, we still ended up with a rather intimate portrayal of a Fine English Lass named Faye, courtesy of our friend Maverick. Granted, Mav sometimes forgets to focus, and he never once looked into the background of the shot, but considering what Faye was doing and what she was (or was not) wearing, we can kind of understand the scattered approach. For an evolved amateur, Maverick seems to be catching on just fine. He even included a couple of variations on a video theme that we’re just going to stop talking about now, and for the record, we’re just going to assume he’s not the “P” in “POV” … . 6/17/09	Experimentations and Confirmations continue as we struggle desperately to find something to serve the dual purpose of being interesting for you, and giving us a chance to stretch the limits of our server capabilities. The first video footage of Michael Ninn’s big movie for 2007 and the first explicit images of New Ninn Contract Star Heather Vuur seemed like they might suffice. 6/17/06	Those of you that have been members for awhile will recognize the “Gee, we tried to automate the mechanics here, and we’re just sufficiently weird in the way we approach the web that even really smart web people can’t figure out how to fit us into any sort of automatic database system.” Ah, well. Quite honestly this isn’t the first area in life where we’ve continued to learn that we just don’t fit in all that well. … So we’re back to the old “do it by hand” method, and we’ve got to run through the variety of different types of posts that we do in order to be sure everything’s back to normal — well, normal to us. You can start today to see if things Clique for you as they have for many people (judging from sales of the title), and we’ll move along to the next “hand-crafted” category. You know, if you find yourself in this sort of situation in your own lives, you might just start considering yourself an “artisan” like we’ve decided to do; it beats the heck out of the “Gawd, I’m a dinosaur.” sort of philosophy. 7/27/05	Oh, boy … Now we’ve done it. For those of you that aren’t members of both sites, Michael (over at MichaelNinn.com obviously) recently wanted us to try putting D.Minion stories about his shoots over on his site too. Now we’ve always put them here if they inolved anyone we know and love, but a silly as it sounds Mr. Ninn sometimes does shoots that don’t include any Risqué women. I know. Crazy, huh? Anyway he loved the way it looked and the response it got, so now he wants us to do them for EVERY Ninn Worx shoot. Now it may not seem like it, but it’s a lot of work to post these stories the way we do, and since The Risqué Clan represents the major focus around here, we came up with a plan. We agreed to the task on the condition that y’all could see the “other” Ninn shoot stories too, and Michael agreed (happily, we might add). So today you get to see Porn Star which, although not technically starring anyone from our group, the movie does rather heavily relay on some personalities you may be very familiar with. That’s all we’ll say. We don’t mind helping Michael, but we’re still going to be nice about it. 7/25/05	One would think that working in the XXX Industry would be a fairly good job. Now we should probably dispell some myths here before we even get started, so “bare” [sic, we know] with us as we try not to ruin too many fantasies. … Hmm … This might be too large of a topic for a “New Stuff” lead-in, so let’s just go with the Bigee Myth: Women in the Porn Industry don’t actually have sex with anyone, anywhere, at the drop of a hat, or even trousers. OK. That’s over with. Actually this works exactly like most jobs. Everything gets old if you do it often enough. Honestly, the technical production of your favorite Adult Fare, probably wasn’t nearly as romantic as you might imagine. Put in more understandable terms, if you’re married it’s not that your spouse has “lost something” nearly so much as it is that you’re just really, really used to it. So don’t feel bad. (Do something about it, but don’t just sit around feeling bad.) More on point for the rest of us, as to today’s purposes we’ve called our wonderfully illustrated insights “Down in the Dolldrums” [still sic, we know]. Oh, and to cover that first point, “one would think that working in the XXX Industry would be a fairly good job.” One would still be right. 7/20/05	This photograph would be of Anais, as the knowledgeable among you have probably figured out already. Now doesn’t she look like she’s waiting for some type of explanation? Oddly enough it may not be the type of explanation you’re expecting, as we’re really mostly showing off Michele Morgan, Inari Vachs, and Evan Stone today, even as we’re talking about something else entirely. 7/17/05	Y’all know about “Sneaky Pete?” … Well hopefully Michael doesn’t either, or if he does, hopefully he doesn’t read about him here. And if he does read about him here, hopefully he won’t read so far as to be able to make some Fragile connections. And if he does make those connections …. Well, this seems to be reaching a complicated structure rather quickly, don’t you think? How about this: Look at some really beautiful and talented people, but don’t tell anybody about it. 7/13/05	Well we assume that figuring out what went wrong should make us feel better, but basically it just means that we have a lot of “fixing” to do. Sigh. Still, the first lost story that surfaced from technical oblivion happened to be D.Minion’s account of the same Innocence shoot that Lon had an account of … sort of. There were a couple of shoots going on at the same time, and DM (this time around) only accounted for ONE of the two while still managing to get in 280 pictures and over 6,000 words. This is one of those many, many words posts, y’all, so prepare yourselves while we go look for some more of what we lost. Don’t worry too much though: We’re only looking for lost stories. We gave up looking for our minds some time ago. Call this D.Minion’s take on “Innocence and Slutty Innocence.” Oh, and there was a tie in the voting for the thumbnail to include here, so we just used them both. They both seem rather indicative of D.Minion’s various views anyway … . 7/7/05	Sometimes Lon just says it best. He had a chance to visit one of Michael’s sets a while back, and he had a camera with him (imagine that). Now we’re really not certain about what exposure methods this particular camera utilized, but there are naked girls in the pictures, so we assume Lon had some plan in mind. We do know that Long giggled a lot after this particular trip, but we really should stop talking about this now. We wouldn’t want to Wax Lon, Wax Off, after all. Lon does a bunch of that himself. 12/26/04	Taking a little more of an “Adult Holiday” today, we noticed that we’ve been slacking on our Ninn Worx Weekends, so we’re beginning the healing process today with what may be one of the best series subtitles we’ve ever scene. The guy heading up the art department actually came up with the title, but if it doesn’t apply to the industry in general, we’re not sure what would. 12/4/04	Late breaking news tonight revealed a travesty in the voting procedures for the KSEX Awards this year. We know this because neither Harry or Dee won anything at all, and that’s just gotta be a travesty. What could be more traversing than that, after all? In order to distract everyone from this sad turn of events we quick put together a wonderful slide show of Inari Vachs so that we could stop thinking about all of the serious injustices in the world. I mean, who’s a better porn jockey than Harry, really? Harry can insult entire races, genders, and socio-economic classes in one small sentence. Harry gets hate mail from household pets. This kind of talent just shouldn’t go uncredited. Consequently, we’re going to think of something really cool to give to Harry and Dee, but while we’re doing that, you might just as well enjoy Inari naked. 12/1/04	Apparently Howard Keel died recently, which probably has nothing to do with the expression “Keel Over” now that we think about it. And although he doesn’t seem to have appeared in the US movie Oklahoma, he did participate in the original 1947 London version of the production, which must be why Maverick thought he was in the movie. Actually, Howard was in several famous musicals including Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, and Kiss Me Kate, but he also does not appear in Dee’s newest movie from Ninn Worx, Exposed Featuring Dee, what with him being dead and all. If you have some knowledge of the musical Oklahoma you may enjoy today’s post a bit more than the people that just have some knowledge of Dee and enjoy seeing her … well … Exposed. Those people will certainly enjoy the Movie Trailer and DVD Galleries that Michael let us show you, whereas the Oklahoma people will also get the joke. At least getting the joke is not mandatory.
