7/31/16	As we think back, it seems hard to believe, what with our general mental state around here, but today might be the first time we’ve ever used the word “discombobulate” in an editorial. “How can that be?” you ask … or more likely “Why do we care?” … Well, you probably don’t, but you might care about seeing Brooke, Nick Manning, Voodoo with an extremely weird hair style, and an honest to goodness Shakespearean Actress on the set of Sacred Sin, Day Two with D.Minion. Actually, as it turns out, we’re headed BACK to LA to shoot EVEN MORE footage for this thing, since apparently we don’t have enough set ups to sufficiently create the pathos necessary for the audience to identify with Nick’s character, and we don’t technically have any footage of Eddie Van Halen for the music video on Catherine that Michael somehow promised publicly on the web the other day. 7/11/06	Now today 7-11 can remind you of something other than a really, really big gulp of something cool and refreshing to drink. Well this doesn’t happen very often. Michael’s once again completely lost his mind and so we’re all going to be in Los Angeles for a week and a half … MORE. We’re sorry; and we promise to come back to our regular posting ways in June, but it doesn’t look good for the rest of this month. A funny thing happened on the way to changing careers … the old career skills didn’t seem to go away and hide, and now all of the sudden we find ourselves very much back in the mix, and oddly feeling pretty much OK about it. Now today is just the day when we show off Charlie Laine, Jassie, and Tanya James, and then basically just tease with one of those thinly veiled “more to come” comments, but sometimes that’s just how life is. We were going to post D.Minion’s story from Day Two on the set of The Catalyst and then we noticed that there are more than 300 pictures and like 5,000+ words. Then we decided that this was a really bad idea. It would be much better, we reasoned, to do this post in honor of the DVD being released – and not just because that means we can stall until late June either. No way. We didn’t want to get out of here on this sunny Saturday afternoon and go to the beach or anything. Nope. That had nothing to do with us decided to post D.Minion’s much more reasonable report on the 2006 XRCO Awards. It’s just that life is full of oddities sometimes (and not even all of them work here). 4/30/04	Well, it had to happen. If we don’t keep plugging on Mav’s ever-so-captivating literary work, we’ll never get through the darned thing. Today, we get to hear a lot more about home improvements, learn from the chorus of a bad 70’s song, lament a persistent lack of Kristal Summers, and finally discover the proper way to spell “Andrew Dan-Jumbo.” What could be better? Well, there are the 50 pictures from Anais’ next Ninn Worx movie, Inside Myself. Some people might consider that better. 4/22/04	This thumbnail actually has nothing to do with today’s feature, the next in the Maverick “Wanna see my home movies?” epic. We’re continuing the theme, however, of providing some rather more traditional forms of entertainment along with the quirky posts. Now, last time we used shots from an Anais movie, and this thumbnail happens to be from the next Anais movie, but the “bonus” stuff actually comes from a Georgia Adair movie, and shows off Dee a bit too. We didn’t use Georgia’s next movie as the thumbnail, well, because it won’t be ready for a week or so, and we had to do something. Can you tell how confused all of this is making us? Maverick actually took two pictures of the same piece of paper — in case the vertical shot was better, we presume. At least you can see a larger version of this thumbnail inside, and maybe you’ll understand “Intern Maverick” a little better too. We’re making no promises on this last part, however. She’s headed out to the Night Calls set again today, still bubbly from last time. It’s actually a little frightening if you think about it too much. For our part, we’ve simply decided not to do that. 4/2/04	Well we sure took our time getting the pictures of the winners from the last Members’ Party posted. Sometimes we post everything right away, and the site takes on even more of a “Home Movies” nature than it generally has. We wanted to avoid that this time around, and then there was the matter of grading the tests. D.Minion was a teacher for 15 years; grading tests is not high on her “Oh, goody, goody … I get to do this” list. Those of you that have been around for awhile will know that we generally have these Risqué Soirées sometime in September, and that’s about six months ago now. So think of this as a semi-annual review, and think about joining us next time around. How many other places can you hang out for two days with a bunch of beautiful adult movie stars? And if you do manage to join us next time, you won’t be at all confused by little pictures like this. For those of us that attended, this makes perfect sense. And we’re hardly even bothered by that fact. Somewhat easier to understand are all the naked pictures of Dee, Kristal Summers, Wendy Divine, Anais, and Angel Cassidy.
