A Quick History (Continued):
When Michael told me he had picked this name, and convinced the impressionable 19-yr-old of its “Supermodel” sound, and got her to embrace it, I said, “Perfect. You have now found the absolute worst contemporary name for a porn star that could possibly exist. No one can spell it. No one can pronounce it, and I can’t register the URL. Great.”

So there you have it. It just goes to show that no matter how crazy national politics gets, it has nothing on our everyday lives around here. This “Anais Name” question has become so popular, as the matter of fact, that I built the answer into an optional script in my email program. Now I can just tack it on easily if the situation dictates. In my experience, as you may imagine, this determines it as a very good sign.
Oh, and in an effort to reduce the office workload for the story, we asked D.Minion to give us all of the “Behind-The-Scenes” pictures from the Fem:Diva shoot. We figured we might just be able to work on 100 or so pictures, and then put the other 100 with the story. D.Minion gave us twenty pictures. When questioned about this dearth of material, DM said, “Well, I didn’t want to give you the ones that actually went with the story.” Sigh.
Get ready for a big one, folks, and as you look at the “trailer” for the story, you might think to yourself, “You know, I’ve had a lot of jobs where the first two days at work were nothing like this …”
That’s what I did.
