8/29/07	Just “Dip me in chocolate and throw me to the Lesbians” advises one “novelty” product D.Minion and Bijou highlight in their account of the recently completed 2007 Adult Novelty Manufacturers Expo. As you might expect while some of the products are certainly “novel” – and there were the occasional porn stars hanging around – like most of these shows we left truly wondering about the capacity of human being to devise objects that primarily involve sex. We also wonder what Freud would think of all of this, but fortunately we keep those philosophical ruminations to ourselves today. 8/28/07	Well we’ve been off working on a “real” movie which we’ll obviously tell you about when it’s done. Suffice it to say so far that it seems much like we envisioned, where they use “gore” in places we use beautiful naked women. All in all, beautiful naked women are more interesting. Which is why, by the way we’ve decided to offer up a little bit of Kristal Summers Then and Now as a fine way to venture back to more comfortable surroundings. Apparently D.Minion had some predictable dreams in our absence and they seem to have involved Kristal, which many of our dreams do as it turns out. You have lots and lots of video with a Kristal Cam Show Replay, and you have a couple of photo sets that just so happened to come almost exactly five years apart. 8/21/07	Apparently we’re in a “bizarre video” phase here, and Maverick’s not exactly doing anything to change that status. Starring our lovely Dee, The London Lad has put together a rather impressive demonstration of Dee going the extra lengths (or more accurately, depths) to practice her art. 8/17/07	Occasionally we do those kinds of posts where we sort of use a pretty package to wrap up the fact that we’re basically asking the members to serve as test subjects for one sort of technology or another. … Well, today would be such an occasion. … On the upside, as is our also custom, we provide some witty innuendo as well as some gentle guidance into some rather fun diversions, basically involving gratuitous nudity. … Well, today would be such an occasion for that too. … And if you want a little insight into a small part of what you’ll learn should you decide to accept this mission, we’ll provide this paraphrasing: Consistency is only a virtue if you’re not a Screwup. 8/14/07	Woo-Hoo! The NFL is back with us, albeit with a month of basically meaningless games, but it’s still better to win than lose. Now for all you purists out there, the 2007 season may have technically started before Monday Night Football last night, but if you’re from Denver it didn’t. And if you’re from the San Francisco area, like bradcom, for example, you probably didn’t enjoy last night as much as the people from Denver did, even though it was a meaningless game. Fortunately, people from Denver are always supremely gracious in victory, and would never, ever, berate a friend whose team lost. … Well, we certainly wouldn’t do it before the games actually counted. … The point here being of course that apparently we missed an eventful wildlife trip that our newest member Bijou took. If we weren’t so happy with pro football being back, we might think Bijou’s novice take on our industry showed a little sarcasm, truth be told. As it turns out, though, we were talking to SteveD (in Colorado, btw) during the game and he mentioned a writing style he personally enjoys. I hope he hasn’t created a monster. 8/12/07	Popular demand isn’t “unanimous” around here very often, but many people wanted to see Kristal in the rather more traditional approach that you’re all used to. Fortunately it wasn’t actually all that difficult to find a photo set of Kristal Summers being beautiful, so we just decided to make everybody happy and put it up real speedy quicko. 8/11/07	Well we’ve got a weird one today, folks, as Kristal Summers lets us see a heretofore unseen side of the industry, at least in our little world. Actually the cat fight shows seem to be rather popular, but we’ve just never seen one. 8/3/07	Feast of Famine. That’s supposed to be the general state of life, right? Well, in a blazing exhibition of efficiency, D.Minion has already completed her On The Set piece for last week’s shoot, even before we set off again for the “Empire” of the high desert outside of Los Angeles. While last week we had to suffer through Sophia Lynn and Renna Ryann (and a few dudes, but they don’t really count), now this week we’re apparently shooting another All-Female Festival so it looks to be even more grueling. Gosh. All those beautiful young naked women just looking for a little guidance (and probably some cold water, truth be told). Whatever are we to do? … Oh. 8/29/06	If all really is well that ends well, then this is well. And if you missed the first part of the “episode” yesterday, you can read the entire saga (and enjoy the full “bonus” we were discussing) today. As it turns out, Official People are very tired at 2:00 in the morning, whereas Annoying People are just more Annoying. We have learned a valuable lesson. 8/28/06	Hmm. Now this isn’t our best thing, that’s for sure. We’ve pretty much told it like it “is” on the inside here, but seeing as how these “New Stuff” posts end up on the free side at the end of every month, some people think we need to be more politically correct out here. And I thought we got into this business so we didn’t have to bother with pissant PC crap all the time (and that wasn’t really meant as a metaphor but it suits the mood just fine). Consequently you may consider this a nice, polite, and even fresh-smelling comment about what’s in store for today, but that’s about all we can say about it. This picture probably doesn’t help at all, but then why would it? The point of being “Politically Correct” is to obscure the point, right? 8/24/06	In the midst of all the chaos here (which pretty much could begin just about every paragraph we ever type, come to think of it) somehow, somebody (who may not work here much longer, come to think of that) discovered that we’d forgotten to put up D.Minion’s fawning coverage of Justine playing Audrey Hollander’s body double (or more accurately “out of body” double) on day one of the Catherine shoot. Then this somebody went so far as to mention it to D.Minion, who then proceeded to scream and yell and loudly complain about it. OK. D.Minion doesn’t really scream and yell, but those hurt little puppy eyes that she’s learned from the many dachshunds around here work even better. Consequently we quickly caved in our resolve to be done with the last big movie Michael shot until at least we finished talking about this latest big movie Michael shot, and so we’re righting our wrong today. 8/21/06	We figured it out. A picture is worth 1,000 words, and there are 30 pictures every second that run through a typical video moment (at least in the U.S., but let’s not overcomplicate here). Therefore D.Minion saved us over a half a million words in her Day Three post, although it may not seem like it once you’re done going through it. Oh, and this was just on the part she didn’t talk about at all. Go figure. One the upside, Day Three did include naked visions of not only the stars of Sacred Sin Heather Vuur and Jassie, but also some memorable visits from A.J. Bailey and Nevaeh. Then of course there’s the captivating scene where no one got to have sex with Dee, but we’re not bitter or anything. We are going to have to speak to the Director about this, though. 8/19/06	Perhaps “Art Theory” would best describe our timid foray into understanding the mind of Lorraine Sisco today. Actually the only words we’re completely sure of in that last sentence would be “timid” — at least upon reflections. You’ll pretty much have to judge for yourself the art vs. plain weirdness debate that could plague us (if only we cared much about it), but at least you’ll get to see some pretty darned interesting video from The Catalyst in the process. 8/17/06	So here’s the story … We happen to be talking to Lon about coming out to the Eddie Van Halen party at the end of September, and during the course of the conversation we happen to ask, “Hey, whatever happened to that Erotica LA story you said you were writing?” (We’re a lot more subtle sometimes, but not very often.) Anyway, Lon says, “I sent it to you a long time ago.” (What he left unsaid but implied was that we sometimes get a little busy and a “few” weeks go by without stories ever making actually onto the site, but we got the point.) “We never got it,” was the honest reply. “Well, I wondered why it never ran,” said a very patient Lon, “I’ll send it to you again.” (He’s nice and very helpful too, that Lon.) “Excellent!” we immediately reply, “Now we can stall some more before we have to do Day Three.” So while you won’t see 100-some-odd photos from D.Minion, you can see a bunch of porn stars hanging around a sex convention and hear about Lon and DM as a couple. 8/15/06	One of the really odd things we’ve noticed over the years is how much things seem to go in “spurts” in our business, if you’ll please pardon the pun. For example, sometimes you won’t go to a location for years, and then all of the sudden you’re there three times in a month. And sometimes you won’t have any wonderful pictures video on Dee (and Anais) for a long time, and then all the sudden everywhere you look it’s popping up, again pardon the pun. Well, this is NOT Day Three of DM’s Sacred story but that’s coming soon, and wouldn’t you know it, Dee’s on that day too. It’s a very good thing Dee’s easy on the “Ayes” … You don’t have to pardon that pun, as we did it on purpose. (You don’t have to like it though; it’s America, after all.) 8/9/06	It’s a couple of interesting tidbits with a peek into the magic and mechanics of filmmaking that we’re looking at today, but you’ll really have to read the story to see what specifically we’re talking about. Since this eventually ends up on the “free” side of the site, we can’t say too much about it where just anyone could read it some day. Suffice it to say that a wonderful collection of Dee as a nude talk show host on KSEX barely scratches the issue, and even on the free side we can point out that a naked Dee makes for a stellar beginning to just about any event we can think of. 8/31/05	Did you ever notice how life tends to go in cycles? You know how you won’t even think about a certain restaurant for months and then all of the sudden you’ll end up there three times in two weeks? Weird, isn’t it? Well, that seems to be what’s happened here, although it certainly didn’t originate as any sort of a plan or anything. We seem to have gone from the Ninn Worx barrage to Angel Cassidy week as today we find D.Minion “Enraptured” with the comely lass as she was on set shooting the last of her contract movies for Michael. All we know is we’ve gone from the “camel through the eye of the needle” analysis to a movie called Rapture. We’re thinking we’d better be on our P’s and Q’s for a little bit, which we define around here as Perspicaciously Quixotic. 8/29/05	What do you do if you have to spend all day with Anais, Angel Cassidy, and Wanda Curtis, watching them get naked and pose glamorously for the multiple cameras in the room? Well, if you’re D.Minion you forget all about it, at least that’s what happened this time. We were going through a bunch of discs, looking for a good shot for the upcoming Angel Cassidy Exposed, and D.Minion became positive she had never seen these sets before. “Um,” I said. (I often use eloquent speech patterns such as this.) “You were there,” I explained (as I endeavor to be both erudite and patient). “You even wrote a story about it,” I concluded. “I did?” said our Diminutive One. “Did you ever put it up?” “Probably not,” I confessed. “I miss a lot of old stuff because of all of the new stuff.” Well, as you may have guessed, D.Minion found the story and the accompanying pictures, and now you can see them today. Also, we have concluded that not only do we occasionally dazzle with our impressive use of the English language, we often have some trouble just getting to the point. Have you noticed? We call it … Promotion on an Angelic Scale … And we’ll just be quiet now. By the way, this would be Angelic Anais, Angelic Angel, but Wanda Curtis is not pictured (and that’s a damned shame). 8/28/05	Ah, vacation is nice. You take a couple of days off, and you come back and work through a couple of nice little stories about Dee from the early days of KSEX, those being 2/12/04 and 8/19/04 and you look through about 50 nice pictures. Then you read some nice D.Minion insights, and you watch the Broncos win a meaningless game that has the Denver press advising the NFL to just go ahead and ship the Super Bowl XL Lombardi trophy to Colorado now. 8/24/05	Now this post was supposed to go up before we took off out of town to shoot the next batch of Ninn Worx shows, these being Neo_Pornographia 3 and Angel Cassidy Exposed. That was the plan anyway. We even bribed a couple people to stay late on Friday just to help put all of the galleries together for what we’re calling Catherine … The Finished. (Available in both the Standard Double-Disc and Limited Editition Collector’s versions, don’t you know.) But the combination of being in a hurry, and being all but beaten to death turned out not to be really very helpful. For some reason, we couldn’t get the darned images to show up when we tried to test the pages on the web. This morning, back from LA, and much better rested, we discovered that we forgot to put the pictures and the trailer on the server. 8/20/05	Well, it’s done. We still can’t really say the name of it without fear of irritating the nervous twitch we’ve developed, but IT has been delivered to the replicators, all 5+ hours of it, not counting the 10 or so it would take someone to go through all of the DVD ROM part of the Bonus Disc. … So we were going to put up one last post to advertise it, and we asked D.Minion to pick “a few” shots from the show to give you all. Deep in the [censored]-throws, she came up with 240 of them. Rather than wait to get all of these processed, we decided to just pop in a nice little Night Calls story, with nice little Juli Ashton and Tiffany Granath antics. It’s got to be about time for another episode of the series, and this way we’ll actually be caught up here ahead of time. 8/15/05	We’ve got just about enough time before Monday Night Football starts on ESPN to Pop up a quick little diddy about our Dear friend Dee. We can’t explain too much here because we don’t have a lot of time, but we did want to miss at least the first few minutes of the broadcast because, frankly, we’re very tired of hearing about Terrell Owens. 8/12/05	We don’t want to talk about it. We’re not mentioning the name of the movie, and we’re not mentioning the name of the lead character, because that would be mentioning the name of the movie. 8/4/05	Hmm. We’re not quite sure how to respond when the guy brought in for a few weeks to help out starts making fun of the guy that signs the paychecks around here — publicly. Well, that’s not exactly accurate, as the various members of our motley crew seem to be quite amused by the turn of events, and it’s only the “Geeky Guy” that’s having some issue with it. Ah, well, it does appear that something’s gone amiss (yet again, I know) with some of the scripts on the server, and after going through what remains of Catherine late yesterday, and then looking at a calendar, I just decided to laugh about everything anyway. Sometimes that’s what you gotta do. When life gives you lemons, as we’ve learned, you find someone that life has given vodka — and have a party. So while I’m off in search of vodka, or a few more hours in the day, enjoy some wonderful shots of Inari Vachs that I happened to run across “unpublished” as they were. Naturally, I found these when I was looking for something else entirely — naturally. You know, back when Deb was writing for us, she used to call me the “Big Dick” on the site. 8/3/05	We might just be getting old, but this whole Catherine … Michael … Ninn Worx … thing is kicking our collective butts. And these aren’t the fun kind of butts to collect in this business either. So we’re having a wee bit of another Sneak Peek, and we’re not even trying to hide it this time around. Hell, if we went anywhere to hide, we’d certainly fall asleep, and then we’d never get this sucker done. You know what we need? We need some more nice little movies all about Dee, or Kristal, or even Wendy or Anais. We need something that didn’t involve thousands of miles of travel and tens (of tens) of thousands of dollars to work on. That’s what we need. 8/23/04	If you’ve noticed a run on “Dee Content” over the last couple of weeks, it’s because we’re really proud of our brave young woman as she prepares to leave the nest and begin a concurrent career as a Feature Dancer. Most of you know she’ll be at the Spearming Rhino in Rialto, California this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and then she’ll be at The Blue Zebra in North Hollywood in a month. She’s excited; she’s nervous, and she’s ever-so-cute in this particular state. (Well she’s actually really cute in states besides California too.) 8/22/04	In our semi-regular “This is Hedonism III and You Should Go There” article, we unfortunately have only this one picture of Kristal Summers. This resulted from the fact that Kristal basically served as the photographer on this trip, and she forgot to take pictures of herself. She did, however, manage 176 pictures of Julia Ann, Inari Vachs, Crystal Knight, Tera Patrick, and a bevy of beautiful “regular” women. 8/16/04	Over the years we’ve seen some very beautiful pictures of Kristal Summers. However all of us have “appearance” days that are better than others, and on the set of Sin City’s Still Frame Kristal was having one awesome appearance day. You know, if you can have sex in a tree and still look incredibly sexy … well … it just goes to show that no matter what some people may think, life is certainly not fair. 8/6/04	Once upon a time, a young girl wanted a porno contract … OK. That’s probably not a story you want to share with anyone underage, but in real life that sometimes happens. 8/4/04	Well, Night Calls isn’t on this week, but don’t fall into the trap of trying to understand why. We put it in the category of “Never try to teach a pig to sing …” On the upside, we have D.Minion’s account of the most recent Night Calls, and we also have the good news that Night Calls will be on one week from today, complete with expected zaniness. The topic for that evening seems to be “Star Fuckers” so we assume it has something to do with tea. 8/2/04	We had to postpone this Ninn Worx Weekend for a couple of days because some mean person corralled the entire crew into helping button up the remodel on the back patio — so we could reinstall the air conditioner for the dogs. It’s getting hot in LA these days, you know. You do get to see some wonderful imagery from Fem: Adagio today, though, and besides we just knew you’d understand. We were, after all, “On a Mission from Dog” … (At the very least, we amuse ourselves.)
