4/23/16	Some quick Wikipedia research — which of course means the information could never, ever be wrong — led to us learning that the “Saturday Night at the Movies” concept debuted in 1961, well before almost everyone alive was even born certainly. Well, things theoretically evolved when everything went “Live” a decade and a half later, and they’re still doing that, so they must be happy. For our part, we decided to do our own twist on this celebratory weekend night. While we do not debut with Marilyn Monroe, we do have Inari Vachs and Cheyenne Silver who, let’s be honest, have significant fewer inhibitions than even the famous Ms. M. Rather than make her research the topic, however, we put everything together for her (and you, consequently), added some things that we couldn’t do 15 years ago, and then tried not to fixate too much on the thought, “Good grief. 11/30/14	You know how the day before a long weekend turns into only technically a work day most of the time? 11/21/14	Our plan about getting everyone excited about the upcoming (“and completely revamped” as we hear it) convention in Las Vegas for AVN seems to be working almost too well. Now everyone in the office has been whining about how each of them really needs to go this year and what wonderful things they could accomplish if given the chance. Consequently it seemed appropriate to enhance Uncle Gibby’s Day Three coverage from last year with a little of Michael’s Temptation. It seemed rather novel to actually give people enough notice to make some plans if they have always wanted to join us at one of these. 8/31/14	Apparently, “That which does not kill us makes us stronger.” It follows as a corollary, however, that Those who make us stronger, then, certainly need slapped a good one, because they might be trying to kill us. We looked it up on the Internet, and you still can’t just go around killing people, but as near as we could tell, simply glaring at them while hoping their favorite sports team losing the next 100 games in a row would be just fine. 8/30/14	Ten years ago this month Georgia Adair did her last professional movie, the end of her custom trilogy from Michael Ninn called Becoming Georgia Adair, Chapter III. 8/23/14	Everyone loves sports. (OK. So maybe not everyone loves sports, but all of the sane people do.) Technology changes at an amazingly rapid pace, and the entire Risque Commune relies on us to keep abreast (as it were) of the latest gimmicks and gadgets so that everyone’s members have the best possible experience. Standards change. The “average” consumer gear gets increased capabilities without them buying anything new, or doing anything differently. Then we have a couple decades’ worth of experiences to try and correlate with Terabytes of stored “assets” (again, as it were), while every day the cast of characters changes. It can be overwhelming. … Then we think about all the beautiful naked women involved with the jobs, and we think, “Oh, right. To celebrate Uncle Gibby’s birthday today, though, we have news of something even more mind-boggling: Somehow he actually found a strip club he had never visited in the entire Great Lakes, Mid-America region.
