| 7/4/25 |  Perhaps the song which most exemplifies almost all days in our industry might be “Time of My Life” — from a movie with an entirely appropriate title, oddly enough. That said, even in really fun jobs, not every day can be ice cream with rainbow sprinkles. Regardless of our chosen career, most of us have at one point or another in our lives suddenly realized the weight of some choice we have made, and nobody has ever thought, “Oh, great! More weight!” … Still, one needs to view life on balance, and given that perspective, it’s probably a lot better to look like Gemma Massey than not. As her spy story concludes today, we do not find ourselves particularly worried about her, actually. Currently we have begun a search for more rainbow sprinkles. Having a birthday near Christmas can really suck, since everybody tends to be celebrating for everybody, and your special day sort of gets swallowed up in the process. We decided to throw Shayla a “Birthday in July” party this year, because she happens to fall in that unfortunate window. One has always needed to be a bit careful when throwing terms around like Girly Thoughts — presumably as compared to Boyly ones, we suppose. Aside from the blatant sexism in the concept, it does make it seem like you actually believe that some “thoughts” my be limited to certain sexes. Honestly, beyond “wow am I glad I can pee standing up,” we’re not seeing a lot of outlier thoughts in the All Humans category. Of course at least this author grew up in a time when there were only two genders and you had to just stick with what you got, much like your family. Logic would indicate, then, that this exists as an even more stupid title now. That does not keep it from being darned entertaining, however. Context makes a good deal of difference in life. For example, should you have very few calendar years under your belt, you might be a little squirt. Should you be rather uncouth and lacking in proper education, you might in fact take a little squirt. In our world, however, the term has a more controversial meaning. As we discuss something called Squirt Girl, therefore, please do not read in any judgement. We tend to avoid the whole “science says YES or science says NO” debates, because honestly we just consider the whole concept to be loads of fun. Should you ever have an opportunity to be in a “squirting” relationship — of any sort really, but it does need to involve nudity and orgasms — you will likely know exactly what we mean. We don’t all celebrate the “Christian” in holidays, after all, but we do all enjoy immense freedoms. Well, Memorial Day actually came about after the Civil War, if you can believe that.
