7/30/04	Well we’ve finally managed to catch up with the calendar around here, having just decided to postpone future attempts at “automated” web posts. Maybe we’re just too old fashioned around here, so we need to stick with old-fashioned methods. You can read about a whole bunch of new fashion, though, and peek in on Anais and Juli Ashton, at the 2004Night of the Stars event that we attended this week. Watching Juli read scripted dialogue with Seymore Butts was actually a bit surreal, as was watching the winners accepting their awards. When I first started in this business some 14 years ago, the winners (basically company owners and other industry hot-shots) all looked like Charleton Heston. Basically, you should just move in to Hedonism III for the final quarter of 2004, and then you’ll be sure to see everything. 7/21/04	Night Calls was going old-school this time around, as Ron Jeremy and Christy Canyon joined Juli and Tiffany on the famous red couch. There was potentially a little too much talk about auto-fellatio, perhaps, but any time you get a chance to see Christy’s breasts, it pretty much makes up for anything. 7/17/04	As Anais has just begun her second year under contract with Ninn Worx, we thought it might be interesting to go back and dig up D.Minion’s previously unpublished account of Anais’ first day on the job. One of the truly amazing things about this profession has to be watching the rapid, and often breathtaking, transformations that women in this business undergo. Now when you start with all the raw materials that Anais did, even the beginnings were impressive. 7/14/04	A couple of days ago Dee very sweetly pointed out that her “Index to KSEX” seemed to be a little bit behind the times. We rather cavalierly suggested that this was perfectly OK, as we were sure that no one really looked at it anyway. For the record, we should note here that “cavalierly” was not precisely the manner in which Dee preferred to receive a response in this situation. Who knew? After assuring her that we did indeed wish to continue to see her naked on a regular basis, we offered to put up D.Minion’s account of Dee’s most recent KSEX adventure — with Kristal, no less — this week. Then we tried to explain that if we put up all the dates for which DM has KSEX stories, but that aren’t posted yet, people would be more easily able to see how far we fall behind sometimes. 7/1/04	Sometimes the XXX business can be an odd place. (We’ll assume that doesn’t come as a big surprise, come to think of it.) Inari Vachs would certainly qualify as one in the making, and Heaven Leigh stopped making movies before she really accomplished what she could have, we think. 7/30/02	We’re introducing a new icon today, much as did the press release from Playboy TV. It seems Georgia so impressed the PBTV Execs with her initial work on 7LX2, that they decided to recast the “virgin” role, and write in a special “Internet Icon” role for the real life, Georgia Adair, playing herself, from SweetGeorgia.com. Not to be outdone, and taking blatant advantage of a talented (and captive) web video guru, we came up with our own icon, as it were. 7/7/02	Whoops! We created a really neato self-publishing tool for Dee to use to put her diary on her site. It looked slick. It was easy to understand and use. It was amazing. Turns out it really just had one little bug. It actually didn’t “publish” itself on the site. Imagine our chagrin when we arrive at Dee’s house over the weekend to help her paint, and she says, not “Good Morning, Sunshine,” but “Where’s my Diary?” We said something clever, like, “Huh?” We didn’t get any painting done today, but we found most of May … maybe. June’s in electronic never-never land, and when Dee reads this, we’ll probably wish we were too. Dang. 7/30/01	Wow, since we’re such a cutting-edge company, we get to try out some of the new technology way before mere mortals can play with the new toys. Well, in that vein, today we have something special to share with you. Deb and Bernie are driving across the USA in a vintage convertible Jaguar, because that’s the kind of thing they do for fun. (Don’t ask.) [We interrupt this captivating “New Stuff” posting to insert a requested correction. We’re quoting from an email here, sent from somewhere West of the Mississippi. According to Bernie, and I quote (which is why I’m going to use quotes), “it is not a convertible — it’s a 1985 Jaguar XJS V-12 Coupe with 137,000 miles on it. Not everything works just right anymore, but it’s still a joy to drive (and to look at). I love this car. I would appreciate you using this information on the New Stuff page to correct your information …” Whew! A Boy and his Car, huh? Ah well, never underestimate the Power of the President, even one crusing the Interstate. We now return you to your regularly scheduled posting.] Anyway, they took along this cool thing called a “laptop” computer, and Deb’s sending in stories from across the Great American Interstate System. 7/26/01	At the Internet conference we attended in January, several of our girls went to a seminar concerning how to treat models a webmaster wants to shoot for his web site. It turns out that this seminar dealt with the amateur model only. Wendy Divine and Devinn Lane vowed to be the voice of the professional Internet model at future conferences. 7/9/01	None of us in the office are what you might consider “Outdoorsey” kinds of people. Bernie watches golf on TV, and he and Juli have even been known to play a bit, but that about covers it. However, when D.Minion came back from a hard-core shoot (for a movie called Extreme Pleasures) with some photographs of Inari Vachs having sex in the wild, well, many of us here just want to go camping with Inari.
