1/20/24	Most of us are spending the weekend confirming meetings, sorting and testing gear, being sure we have a myriad of charged batteries (and the cables to charge them later), and, y’know, being sure we have enough clean underwear. The annual pilgrimage to Las Vegas for the AEE show happens this coming week, you see. Since Steve has opted out of visiting with us this year, we decided to both offer up a little bit of fantasy that the stars provide with “Nailed It!” as we not-so-subtly remind our dear friend of what he’ll be missing — in addition to the obscene amounts of steak and impressively-caloried desserts. If you ever hear that there are New Girls on the Block, you should really, really hope that Adrianna Luna happens to be one of them. Admittedly Adrianna still might prevail in the “sounds the least like she looks” contest, but that hardly matters. She just happens to be a person who enjoys life to the fullest, and she really shows that in her performances — and we mean even before she takes her clothes off. 1/13/24	The more stuff you have, the easier it will be for your really good stuff to get stored away then leaving your conscious mind altogether. All those really important things that you just had to keep become of no value to you because you forget you ever had them. This must be one of the saddest facts of life. Unless you move A LOT, you will eventually find things you totally forgot about, though, and this will make you very, very happy — for example the Kristal Summers Journals from her first two years in the business. We heard an “efficiency expert” theory once claiming that if you move a box twice without opening it, you should simply throw away the box. Of course we consider that advice useless, which resulted in a very happy day today. 1/6/24	This would of course be the time of year when we all try to “get back to normal” — whatever that means, and however far from what we thought would be “normal” growing up. If you have ever taken the time in your life for personal reflection, you probably know what we mean. The answer to the deceptively deep question, “How in the heck did I end up here?” can be amazingly therapeutic — y’know, along with just a tad terrifying. … No fear for us today, though, as we start with simple reflections and end up with The Camshow that Redefined the Genre. … Even all these years later, we still stand by that assertion. 1/1/24	Right after the annual AEE (Adult Entertainment Expo) convention in Las Vegas, the sites all get flooded with at least what passes for coverage of the event. Granted, very few if any of them include photographs of hotel bathrooms, photos shot intentionally blurry, or even photographs of ceramic donuts. We have all the standard shots of beautiful women (and Evan Stone) too, but we hate to get lost in the shuffle and have everyone miss The Penthouse Boss in Silhouette.
