| 1/1/17 |  About the only New Year’s Resolution you can be sure of keeping happens when you resolve to stop making resolutions. At least that has been our experience. Of course you could “promise” to do something like eat all the bacon or macaroni and cheese that you can, understanding that nobody lives forever, so you might as well not be miserable in the process, but that seems to undermine the spirit of the system, if not necessarily the rule. On the other hand, if you follow the Julia Ann lead, things may honestly change for you, and she has a decade and a half behind her (so far) to prove it. In our bizarre little world, the phrase “Trick or Treat” takes on a vastly different meaning than you will likely hear at your doorstep this evening. (At least we really, really hope so, and if not, you live in a truly weird neighborhood.) Still, as the holiday season approaches most of our office sets to the task of planning for next year, having either successfully completed the schedule for this year or having decided to just scrap a bunch of it after a suitable application of tequila. 
There have to be at least tens of thousands of ways to make a cheap movie, and that might be a conservative estimate, depending upon how narrowly one defines 
There are too many numbers in modern life, have you noticed? You’d think it would be much easier, because no one has to remember those annoying 7-digit phone numbers anymore, and if there was an area code too? Egads! … Nope. Now to call mom no matter where she moves, it’s just Favorites-1-Send. (Because if you don’t have your mom as number one, you’re gonna get in trouble.) … Still when
