Back when Paul Fishbein owned AVN I used to joke with him that the worst job in the state had to be working for AVN on the Sunday after a Saturday night AVN Awards Show. For a long time the conventions used to be Thursday-Sunday, but they always held the Awards Show on Saturday nights. Sundays tended to be very sparsely attended, particularly in the morning hours. The winners would all show up with their trophies, of course, although in all honesty a good percentage of them had probably not been to bed yet. Still, the winners were happy, and proud, and they wanted everyone to know it.

The much larger percentage of people/companies that did not win, however, that percentage tends to be rather surly. Invariably some commotion or another arises about people that “bought” trophies. This year that focus apparently falls on Mia Malkova and her Best New Starlet victory.

As a rule we try to avoid complicated and nebulous topics, but what with this being a special occasion and all, it seemed like we should at least broach the subject of feminine beauty in XXX entertainment, even though Anais doesn’t happen to be wearing any jewelry at all in this particular post. Chasey has a necklace on in her bonus picture, but you’ll probably have to concentrate in order to be able to notice it. Never sweat the details when dealing with porn women. We were going to run this story tomorrow with the headling “Chasey Lain & Anais Return to Porn!” … But then we’d have to point out that tomorrow happens to be April Fool’s Day, and that would have been really mean to some people out there — even some of them not named Gibby.

That said, it could have eased us into much less interesting, but certainly more important considerations today of the Risque Password Strategy you should consider. Some of you have been having more trouble than usual with stolen passwords lately, and it just causes a slight inconvenience for you when dealing with us. The site fraud protection shuts everything down, and then you just write us and we set up new access for you. Sad for you. Sad for us.

Before we begin, on the off chance that any of you might like to see yet another picture of Anais — and have the increased benefit of seeing her “next to” a previous “universally acknowledged as stunning” Risqué Business client, Chasey Lain — we thought this would be an illustration worthy of some merit at this point. Here’s a startling revelation: People that make their livings naked can be a moody and temperamental bunch. Men, of course, have only two basic moods — hungry and horny — and you will invariably find them either happy or sad depending upon how long it has been since either of those two moods reached satisfaction. Women, though, they can display a myriad of emotional range that would require a database and a super-computer just to keep track of, should you wish to even attempt accuracy. [Oh, hell, they can do that kind of range before breakfast. And by the way, men have more moods than simply hungry and horny. They also have drunk and hungry, as well as drunk and horny. So there.]
