| 8/14/23 |  We have reached another milestone — well, maybe a 100-yard-stone — in the 247AdultStars remastering project, with today marking the completion of another full year of Maverick’s updates. Ironically, Maverick himself in this “AofBJ with Chessie” post celebrated rather more personally than the rest of us noting the achievement. We did, however, notice an odd thing about the way we’ve been progressing. By choosing to go from the newest to the oldest, we end up in a situation where we say farewell to stars before we even meet them. … So that’s weird. … Consequently, we now have completed the most recent four years, we’re going to jump to the back and start moving forward again. At least we can see the progression from excited innocence to, well still excited, professionalism. At the very least we hope that it will not hurt our brains as much. Contrary to the popular song from the 1970s, when reading signs, we prefer “Do this. DO do that.” Granted, although theoretically stocked with long-haired, freaky people, we’re fairly certain we have never in three decades had five men in the office at one time, electrical or not. We have lots of fun women, however, and we do love things that make us laugh. For example, as our own Cheyenne Silver demonstrate in this photo, should you have some bizarre inclination to ride a dirt bike in shorts and sandals, you should only do this while it’s still strapped to the trailer and the truck is not moving.

Even without any personalized skipper knowledge about our group, everyone can appreciate a custom holiday that might happen three times a year. Because of the way we tend to weave all the different parts of the Risqué Commune together, sometimes when we do the remastering of original videos to modern standards tasks it can get complicated. A nice little illustrated article on one site may suddenly explode into a corresponding — yet completely separate — exposé on another. It would not be unheard of to have 3-4 “sites” all tied together under one video and photographic theme, actually. When this happens, and we have fallen down the rabbit hole, we try to poke our heads out long enough to realize that (in this case) we have uncovered a few minor miscalculations 
It used to be easier to name a movie back before everyone apparently started looking for ways to be offended, scandalized, or even witnesses to purported evil. Believe it or not, the concept of innocent phrases used to exist. You could say something without worrying that it could suffer totally unwarranted misinterpretation at some future point. Of course in those day we would know people wanted to talk to us because their phone number would appear on a little digital reader people carried around called a pager, too. So there’s that. Even 
Kylie has a birthday today, which will naturally be the some-odd anniversary of her 29th year — because it honestly does not matter. She will continue to be one of the truly fine individuals on the planet, regardless of how many years she has graced us with her presence. Member requests happen weirdly, pretty much all the time. Well into our “remastering” project(s) across the entire Risqué Commune, we got favorite requests for both Risqué and Shayla — both from July of 2011 — this week. Could be that coming out of the pandemic restrictions people are thinking about a time when Republicans were sure Obama would soon stop annoying them — which was wrong — and Trump was safely ignored as a fake leader on a C-List celebrity reality tv show where he could not bother anyone — which would not last. … Whatever the case, 
Sometimes when the mood strikes a couple from just the right direction, they decide they really need to do it right away — and quickly. Oddly enough, the adult movies business does tend to highlight these relatively rare instances quite frequently. It could have something to do with the movies being intended to represent fantasy and not reality, but honestly it probably has more to do with how much money it costs to spend time talking in adult movies. Economic pressure tends to boil down all decisions to a harsh ranking of priorities, so maybe the producers here were using their decisions as a metaphor for the modern human condition. Or maybe it was just, y’know, money. Whatever the case,
