Back when the Old Stuff was New Stuff

12/31/03	We had a plan. The skeleton crew that remained here over the holidays decided to post D.Minion’s “On The Scene” report from Anais’ first movie Fem: Diva in honor of the new year, what with Anais being new in 2003 and all. Thus they faithfully plodded through the processing of the 200+ pictures that D.Minion saw fit to capture. Then the editorial staff sat down (it sounds like it’s way more than one person if you say it that way) and took a look at the article. It is, in its current state, 14 pages long, utilizing 4,995 words. “Word Count” can be a daunting tool. Consequently, we came up with another plan. Today we have a nice little story about a day last summer when D.Minion was on the set for Spice TV with Julia Ann. It has a nice little collection of 10 paragraphs, most of them short, and a nice group of 37 mostly naked pictures of Julia. We liked this a lot. We will do our Fem: Diva piece in honor of the Adult Entertainment Expo that begins next week in Las Vegas, thus giving you a week to get through “The Epic That Began Anais.” You will think this is nice. The fact that D.Minion returns from vacation tonight, and will therefore be around to help with the bulk of the work that we face, has almost nothing to do with the reason that we decided to wait. 12/28/03	Sean Michaels was kind enough to lend us his little tease for Rock that Ass, 23, and since the show features Dee, we figured today would be a good day to show off a dirty couple dozen. Now there will certainly be better (and more complete) coverage as time goes on, but if you think of this as primarily a therapeutic value, it will certainly serve as a more pleasant diversion than some will find today. 12/25/03	If you ask my mother, she’ll tell you that the problem with the modern-day Christmas holiday stems from the “evil root of money.” According to her, people have forgotten the True Meaning of Christmas, and as a fine upstanding Baptist (ok, as fineand upstanding as one can be while still being a Baptist), she’ll be quick to point out that this festive season should NOT rely on gift-giving, but rather should invoke emotional, introspective, and faithfully tithing genuflection. Well, I can confidently say here that mom would be proud of this post. I can confidently say this because I’m absolutely certain mom is not a member of this site, and thus will never be able to see what’s inside. Mom always says I lack a certain reverence for tradition; my mom has always been very wise. 12/24/03	The Holiday Season is upon us, and we thought of the perfect gift for all of you. Rather than give away the secret, we’ll just tell you that we’ve decided to call it the Vachs Box. At a time of year when too many institutitions equate “value” with “cost,” we’re encouraging the simple path around here. Starting from the intrinsic premise that “It’s the thought that counts,” we’ve decided that Inari must be extremely valuable, as she stirs many thoughts … to say the least. 12/19/03	We have our relatively common use of nostalgia today, but we also have a bit of poetry, complete with literary criticism, and even a touch of a requiem. Basically it may be just a little deep for casual perusal this time around, so maybe it’s best to simply look at the pictures of Kristal Summers acting out Love Letters. Many of you probably know that a member named Maverick (and that sounds like a country song) has quite a fascination with Ms. Summers. 12/17/03	It’s Night Calls Night again, and D.Minion got in her latest coverage just under the wire. She’s been spending so much time on set of late that she’s been falling further behind in her scribely duties. We have put her mind at ease, however, when she expresses her fears that we’ll reassign her various jobs to the couple of new interns we have working here for a bit and then fire her. As you peruse Night Calls, December 3, 2003 you too can rest assured that D.Minion will be around for a long time. We have clearly explained to her that she can’t be fired, as slaves have to be sold … Do we have an opening bid, by the way? 12/16/03	In a recent FDA study, United States government doctors researching test drugs administered weekly doses of VIAGRA to an equal number of doctors and lawyers. While the majority of the doctors achieved enhanced sexual prowess, the lawyers simply grew taller. The US government researchers are at a loss to explain. That pretty much typifies today’s miscellaneous approach. Sometimes you just run across stuff you don’t know what to do with, and so you just throw it all together and see what comes out. 11/27/03	Being big fans of irony around here, we take particular pleasure in noting that our Thanksgiving Treat actually comes from a friend across the Atlantic, the place we’re being thankful we left. That said, it remains a wonderful present, and we wanted even non-members to be able to appreciate it. Being cheap, however, we took all the images and compressed them into one for the free side. You’ll actually be able to appreciate them more more if you look at our Maverick Appeal, we’re thinking. Oh, and we noticed a couple of mistakes too, and we’ll get him to correct them if you’re kind about letting us know. This was a hell of a lot of work, as are most things that seem easy at a glance. Maybe that’s the secret to the kind of happy and successful life you can be thankful for: Work hard, but don’t feel you have to make everyone around you aware of it. 11/25/03	We’re going out on a limb a bit today, as we’re giving Maverick his present a little early. In a couple of days we’ll all have a reason to be thankful for our foreign friend (Well, he’s foreign to most of us.), but in honor of all of the work that he’s put in so far we’re jumping the gun a bit. 11/23/03	A bizarre rumor circulated through the Los Angeles paper the other day, claiming that not all people in America are football fans. See how wrong even respected newspaper like the Los Angeles Times can be? I mean, honestly, don’t they even try to check their facts before they print something so obviously ludicrous? We expected better of them. That said, however, only the really, really cool people have the NFL Direct Ticket on DirecTV, and so some you poor souls out there may have some moments when there are no football options for you today. That just makes you kind of tear up, doesn’t it? Well, we decided to be kind, and do our part for the less priviledged, and so we published yet another Ninn Worx Weekend, looking back at our lovely Georgia Adair, and the more and more omnipresent Dee. 11/15/03	Boy it’s good to see things are getting back to normal around here. More noteworthy would be the fact that these photographs are of the unusually impressive Chasey Lain on her very first dance appearance ever. 11/14/03	Having been motivated by yesterday’s interesting, but technically inferior fornication photography, we thought we’d debut a new series here (hopefully, if we can pin her down) and let you see our first “Wendy Works Weekend.” Don’t worry: We haven’t replaced the Ninn Worx (now you get the pun) variety, as they’ll return next week, but this is Wendy’s week, and we’re making sure everyone knows that. Before we begin, we thought we’d pass along some professional advice for all of you budding “Art” and “Figure” Photographers out there. It’s important to have good equipment and accessories, and it’s even more important to be able to use that equipment to its potential. However, the most important ingredient to a successful nude shoot in our opinion would be having a Devilishly Sexy model on whom to practice your wares. All in all we have intellectual edification and a visual feast. We can’t think of a much better way to move into winter weather. Oh, and to save those of you that might have to look it up some time, a “cretin” is a person whose brain did not fully develop. This will become important later. 4/30/02	The word “Euphoria” evokes a great many emotions. Very low on that list are 22-hour work days, near death experiences, and performing oral sex on someone who pauses to regurgitate. Somehow, though, all of these elements combined to make Wicked Picures’ Euphoria by far the top award winning video of last year. D.Minion was on set to document some of the seeming disasters and take 50 pictures of beautiful women in various stages of undress. 4/27/02	In a stark break from tradition, we’ve come up with some personal insight into an actual news item. You may have seen on the evening news, or are going to see on the evening news, or would have seen if you had watched the evening news, an item about a biker-gang shooting in the vacation town of Laughlin, Nevada. It happened at 2:15 in the morning at the casino in “Harrah’s.” This year marked the 20th anniversary of the “Laughlin River Run” attended by Harley Davidson enthusiasts from around the country. This year marked Playboy TV’s first connection with the festivities. This year was unfortunately the first marred by death and serious injury, which had absolutely nothing to do with Playboy TV, but had to do with something we absolutely don’t understand. Inari Vachs tells a tale of irony and attempting to keep a humorous mood in the aftermath. 4/5/02	D.Minion’s back with Night Calls from February 6th, yeah! It turned out to be the last show for regular “Call Girls” Inari and Dee. BOO! Despite the idiots that made this lame-brained decision at Playboy TV, the show was entertaining and involved a roll-around sex swing, hot oil massages, and the luscious Jessica Drake. It’s almost enough to make you forget the cold shafting that our friends Inari and Dee got. 02/23/02	We’re continuing to add help around the office, and one of our newbies went through and picked a bunch of pictures from Juli’s VCA career. We probably should have been more specific, but we do have a bunch of dirty pictures of Mostly Juli Ashton, with a healthy splattering (pardon the pun) of Shayla LaVeaux, Vicca, and various others from our past … including a picture of Nikita’s face. It just gets stranger and stranger around here. 2/19/02	Deb had the pleasure of going shopping with Juli & Tiffany Granath the other day. Fortunately for Deb & Juli, Tiffany considers herself to be a professional shopper and she knew where all of the coolest shops were. Deb followed them around (even inside some dressing rooms) and then went back home with Juli for a fashion show of the day’s purchases. For once, you didn’t have to be there. 02/17/02	Wow! We’ve got a massive influx of Inari!! Everyone’s pitching in around here, and the speed is truly dazzling. Kristal’s learning Photoshop, and Dee’s getting quite good as a photographer. That may not sound like much, but, well, aside from the fact that we’re easily dazzled, Kristal and Dee don’t mind working naked, and that’s a bonus in any work environment. As Kristal was working on pictures Inari brought back from her first time On the Road with Felecia, we ran across Dee’s first photography efforts and Inari blows the Italian. They both got done at the same time, so now you can see them both. Next we’re working on pictures of Kristal and Dee working naked. Nothing but work, work, work around these parts. 2/12/02	In honor of Wendy’s “chat” tomorrow night (2/13/02) we’re showing off some pictures she gave us that members could have seen live if they tuned to her 24-hr cam at the right time. According to Wendy, we should be checking more often, because she has some interesting friends. They also happen to be not very shy, it seems. For example, she convinced one young lad that it was a really good idea to let her shave off all his body hair, and then do his friend with a strap-on. 2/8/02	Devinn and DMinion have conspired to give us a rather wacky view of what it’s like to hang around with Devinn Lane. First you get to watch her shave. Then she plays with an “Anaconda-like” dildo. Then she give gynecology lessons on her web cast. After dinner she goes to a trendy Hollywood club to visit with people that can’t hear each other speak. It’s really quite odd. And she’s moving a block away from DMinion in a month. We’re pretty sure it’s going to get odder.
