| 2/22/22 |  You just have to do something special for a day that translates (in the U.S.) as two, twenty-two, twenty-two. If you did not, well, not only might that cause some butterfly effect impending doom sort of thing down the road, but more deep and metaphysical reasons exist as well. You see, back in days when there were only four tv channels, one of them used to carry a show named Room 222. This show starred a cute little thing named Karen Valentine, who must have been special because some of us remember her in that role 50+ years later. In terms of more locally special things, we managed to complete our Taren Steele Trilogy, who also happens to be a cute little thing and would make an excellent Valentine, should that opportunity ever arise for you — no matter what the date. A cursory view might consider them sexist, but that would not be quite accurate, as the scenes would be uncomfortable even if one switches the sex of the “boss” here. Perhaps the time has come for even the gonzo companies to question their (occasionally too easy) setups. We cannot speak for them, of course. We can speak to CEOs and Office HOs being available again so that you can make up your own minds. | 2/14/22 |  Sometimes when you have been friends with someone for over 20 years you can forget how it was that you actually met. For those of you that do not know of him, Maverick was a fine chap that ran 247AdultStars for the 14+ years it was in operation. We’re actually about to start the (massive, yet again) project of remastering all those European beauties for everyone, but it got us thinking about Mav — now a successful photographer and magazine publisher. Well, Dear Mav came to us originally by joining the Inari Vachs site, and of course stayed because of Inari, Kristal Summers, and basically all of us certainly (but still mainly Inari and Kristal). One of the things Maverick inspired near the end of active participation in the commune was our now wildly popular Risqué “TOC” section, so we dug up the original intro, which interestingly featured our debut with Chantelle Fox, another U.K. addition to the Commune (and a much better looking one than Mav, truth be told). Of course this year you will likely not have small costumed characters wandering the streets begging for candy, so you might not technically need to buy any to give out. Not to make fun of a genius or anything but trying to make parting less painful by calling it “sweet sorrow” is like trying to ease the impact of amputation by calling it weight loss. Now this has nothing whatsoever to do with religion, or God, or even a preference for unleavened bread. In fact, we do not even know if any of the people from today’s Macbeth episode are Jewish. Nope. It has nothing to do with any of that. … You see, we just found out that Rosh Hashanah starts tonight, which — as we also found out — means that Jewish people are celebrating a New Year already. Since 2020 has colossally sucked on so many levels we cannot begin to enumerate them, we simply decided to convert. So that’s all there is to it. Right? (Oh!
