4/23/07	Some of us are taking off today, folks, and we just wanted to let you know. It’s been six years since the “leader” (whatever the heck that means, and why the heck would anyone want to be one of those anyway?) has taken a true vacation, and that’s what’s going to happen. Allegedly many, many things will be ongoing in abstentia, but … well … allegedly, and all. … Regardless, everyone enjoy a little bit of the spring time in your area and we’ll see you the second week of May. It might work; who knows? My dad always used to say, “Columbus took a chance.” … Of course I’d always respond that, “He had to run because he was schtupping the Queen and the King found out; he didn’t really land where everyone thinks he landed, and, besides, he’s dead.” I’ve never been very good at lessons, in case you hadn’t noticed.
4/23/07	You know the thing about controversial opinions? They’re easy to ignore and just get on to the serious jobs of looking at Julia Ann and Kristal Summers naked. If you’re the thinking sort of person, controversial opinions might also be good to argue with (and when you’ve got Juli Ashton on your side that’s an easy thing to do), but even thinking people tend to get distracted by Julia Ann and Kristal Summers naked. (You can see that, right?) You think this is why thinking people don’t run for public office? And would we really want someone in public office that has never seen Julia Ann and Kristal Summers naked? … We think NOT! … Of course sometimes we’re wrong. 4/19/07	We’re thinking about Contract Players in general today, which bring up the anticipated thoughts of Jana Jordan and perhaps some slightly less obvious ones about Anais. Then we’re also thinking about Katsumi, Vanessa Hill, Anna Karin, Dillan Lauren, Rita Faltoyano, Kelly Taylor, Rita Faltoyano, Nikita Denise, Brittney Skye and Kenzie Ryan, so we’re really pretty busy, all things considered. Still, if you have to be busy, being so with a collection of women this beautiful pretty much makes it OK. And all in all, pretty much OK seems like a fine goal for any day. Well, today, unless you happen to live in Hollywood and are very, very fortunate, you don’t have either of the choices anyway. Sorry. But you do have a chance to see D.Minion’s coverage of Meet Heather, and you do have a chance to see a home that reaches the absurd in its ability to store clothing. Also, Selina Draagen, Kellemarie, Kelly Kline, and Zoë Britton are hanging around and they don’t seem to care about clothes at all. Sometimes in life even “just what you get” can be rather dandy. 4/1/07	If you do the unusual all of the time, does it then become usual? And if it’s now usual then how can it be unusual at the same time? Fortunately, as with many philosophical questions, our standard answer works quite well: We don’t care. For example, whenever there’s a bear in the woods, our goal remains never to be around long enough to see what it does there. Speaking of animals, though, we think someone might be pulling our leg on this April Fool’s Day. The “usual” possibility exists that Bubblegum the Dog did not in fact write this account of when Jana visited Innocence. We’re usually very skeptical, which clearly makes it not unusual. 3/28/07	Usually when we go through 200+ photographs from a single post there isn’t one particular one that catches our eye as the “perfect” one to use as the little thumbnail on this page. Today we have found one. Now the story of Through Her Eyes, Day Two, contains all of the wonderful insights and photographs you’ve come to expect from D.Minion, but it also has a slight caveat at the end of the story before we let you see “everything” she has to offer. Of course if you don’t really want to see everything D.Minion has to offer (or you don’t know what “caveat” means), then you’re probably not a member here anyway. Enjoy. 3/24/07	Technology takes a giant leap forward today. Or maybe it just stumbles blindly in hopes that everything will turn out alright. Sometimes it’s really hard to tell with things like technology. We do know some things for certain, however. Michael has again graciously offered up the DVD Gallery from the upcoming Meet Heather. And we do have our first forays into the honestly baffling world of HD work on the web. We also know that Heather is the reigning Penthouse Pet of the Year. But we’re not really sure what her name is now, if you can believe that. With her contract on hiatus from Ninn Worx while she fulfills her Penthouse responsibilities it seems fairly certain that it’s “Vandeven” – at least for awhile. We figure we’ll just call her “Heather V.” until all the big boys figure it out. If you can avoid conflict completely you can usually just pretend it’s not there. It’s kind of peaceful in our world. 3/23/07	Sometimes it’s the simplest things in life that make it all seem worthwile. And sometimes it’s Kristal Summers hanging around set waiting for the action to begin. (And Kristal has some extraordinary ways of waiting, by the way.) And sometimes it’s some exclusive video footage that Redish somehow managed to capture, and Maverick put together for us. Last we heard neither of the gentlemen had completely recovered from the experience, however. We presume you’ll see why. 3/16/07	We have something so special today that we can’t even talk about it out here. We can say that involves some apparently atypical female to female interaction and a lot of extremely good baking from scratch. 3/10/07	Apparently people are all up in arms because we found out that a government agency abused the power granted them for a completely unrelated purpose. Gee. Did somebody miss the memo on the effects of “Absolute Power” and all that? Well, we’ve decided to forego political commentary (which is really easy to do when you have sexually adventurous people to talk about anyway), and venture into Day One of Through Her Eyes with D.Minion. Fortunately these eyes belong to Faith Leon, with her supporting cast of Sophia, Selina Draagon, and some boys. We don’t pay much attention to the boys if you haven’t noticed. … As for the government folks, maybe you should just try living life as if your mom were looking over your shoulder all the time. 3/5/07	If you’re a really, really good photographer, sometimes you like to take unusual pictures. And sometimes hanging around a porn set seems unusual to some people. And sometimes those things go together. Although not solving the mystery from a couple of days ago, at least we’ve found an interesting diversion while we continue our investigation. As a wise man once said, “You’ll be more successful if you always just play the hand you’re dealt.” Or maybe he said, “Always fold and walk away before you’re completely broke.” We’re not sure. We were never very good at card games. We are good at recognizing talent in those that recognize talent though. Bonus. (Or is that Sexy …?) 3/3/07	Here we have “A Mystery Wrapped in an Orgy” that we almost didn’t even talk about. We were going to just write this whole thing off as “bunk” but then we decided to concede the elements of viability here, and then we noticed that no one really uses the word bunk anymore, so we decided not to start yet another new fad. We’re still reeling from that day when we told the DOD that we thought this whole Internet Thing might turn out to be a popular idea. (It’s a day for presumably tall tales if you didn’t notice. 2/17/07	We’ve got another big trip down to LA planned, because Michael has decided that it’s a grand idea to shoot eight days in a row … because Michael is completely insane. That said, we figured we’d tag along anyway because odds are good that there’s going to be at least a few very interesting young women to talk to, and the fact that they’re likely to be scantily clad really doesn’t enter into the equation at all. OK. It might, but we were never very big fans of equations in general, so we plan on doing as little math as possible while we enjoy the ambiance. For your part, you can finally read about Redish’s big day with an also scantily clad Kristal Summers, and you can once again remind yourself about the value of genetics as you consider Anais. All in all, if this doesn’t keep you busy until we get back next weekend, then you can try solving equations for three variables or something, but don’t ask us for help. 2/14/07	The train she was a slowin’ down as we headed into the end of the trip for Lon’s AEE story. While her magazine won’t “officially” be hitting the stands for a couple of weeks, we thought we’d provide this Public Service Announcement so that y’all might begin saving your pennies so that you may purchase one. We can probably even get you an autograph if you send it in and request it. We know people that know people, you know. Oh, and don’t worry. 2/3/07	Our bonus today includes 100 beautiful pictures of Ninn Worx’ contract star Heather. Well, we did include Lon’s Day One of the AEE today too, and depending on your perspective, that might be “wrong” – but we’re pretty sure it’s not going to make anyone physically attack us or anything. Historically, by the way, that has been our internal barometer of “wrong” – which probably means yet another thing we’d rather not think about. We also talk about Froot Loops. 2/1/07	According to the take-out packaging at the local’s Wendy’s restaurant, a “Zedonk” is a cross between a male zebra and a female donkey. Implied in this description must be the logical assumption that a female zebra would kick the begeezus out of a male donkey if he tried to mount her. Now we don’t know what exactly Lon’s beginning of the AEE would be a cross between, and we’re pretty sure the one thing it doesn’t have is implied logical reasons buried in it. But it does represent a rather wacky example of our lives, and we get to see Dee naked for a bit, and that’s always nice. You have to consider that we may not be the best judges of things around here, though, as we thought “Zedonk” was the sound your rotweiller makes when the car it’s been chasing for months finally decides to stop in the road. 1/31/07	Haiku, you may see with a gasp, And fear all your reason has passed. But fret not our friends. Insanity ends, When only we’ve posted our last. Hey, iambic pentameter was too tough for us too, but the barrage of Member Submissions on the convention has commenced – weirdly, via SteveD. That seemed appropriate somehow. Did you know it’s really hard to fit the phrase “iambic pentameter” into iambic pentameter without using those pesky triplet things? Gosh, the stuff you learn on a porn site …. 1/24/07	Here’s a shirt you can’t wear just everywhere: “ASS. The New Vagina.” … This and other observations come through today in the first “Dear Readers Speak” in a couple of years it seems like. Sometimes the uninitiated are so darned cute. And sometimes they’re a bit painful in their honesty. It’s interesting how “regular” people look at an event like the AVN Awards Show, and it’s equally interesting (although certainly quite a bit more odd) how many pictures our own “three amigos” seemed to take of each other. Fortunately they at least had the courtesy to include various fetching women in the photographs too. In the midst of “plowing through” we seem to have wandered down a diversion. We love that. 1/20/07	We’re taking baby steps here, not so much because of the Bill Murray and Richard Dreyfuss movie but because that seemed like a reasonable way to start our assault on the current queue. Consequently we decided to open with a nice little D.Minion story about getting ready for the AVN Awards show this year … with Heather Vuur, Audrey Hollander, Faith Leon, Monica Mayhem, Ruby Flame, Lorraine Sisco, and of course Dee and Kristal. There were some boys there too, but who really notices them with this cast of females? We did read a wonderfully pithy quote in a Lawrence Block book that would fit right in here. Speaking of a particularly attractive female character Mr. Block described her as sending off “a subliminal message that said, Sleep with me and you will die. But it will be worth it.” If you haven’t read the Bernie Rhodenbarr “Burglar” series by Lawrence Block, by the way, you’re missing out on some very funny and entertaining times. While you’re checking Amazon, though, you might look at these pictures and Mav’s video. That’s a fine way to spend some time too. 1/15/07	Hey, we lived through it! (Of course “lived” would be a relative term here.) You know what’s a really bad idea? Reading a Steven King (technically Richard Bachman, though) book about a grueling and ultimately fatal competition whose only characteristic happens to be that it involves lots and lots of walking, precisely while you’re attending a convention that also necessarily involves lots and lots of walking. This is a bad idea. While we’re valiantly trying to make some semblance of order of the 2,000+ pictures, a couple hours of video, multiple audio files, and more autographs then we’ve even begun to count, we thought we’d share a little joy that can come from a virus. Hey, weirdness begets weirdness, and if the Risqué site doesn’t prove that theory for you, then you haven’t really been paying attention. On the upside, we’ve recently had many opportunities to use an almost forgotten phrase, “My dogs are barkin’ now.” And if you know what that means, while you may not be a Redneck yourself, you certainly know at least one. 1/8/07	You knew, of course, that we would not be allowed to leave the LA area and head for Las Vegas before we had accomplished DM’s task of adding the Essentially Juli AND Shayla Double-DVD to the catalogue, right? Well, we did that, and then we set up some things to keep you occupied for the next week as we converge (from many points of the world, truth be told) on the annual Adult Entertainment Expo for the next week. Consider it a bonus for today, and then consider coming with us next year. You really haven’t lived until you’ve seen some drunk and crying XXX performer, devastated because she didn’t win the “Best Anal Sex Scene” Award. What a surreal world in which we exist. 1/6/07	Guess what follows “Day One” of something, and even sometimes only a few days later. Correct. … “Day Two” …. So we really needn’t even give you much of a build up here, because certainly you’ve already committed Day One on the Set (of Facade) with D.Minion to memory and all that has been keeping you from sleeping is wondering what in the world happened on the dialogue day of the movie. Well, you can in fact read about that today, but you’ll have to wade through all the sex scenes with Mika Tan, Daisy Marie, and Alexis Love in order to find this crucial information. 1/3/07	We learned a fun fact about the entertainment industry today. The cost of shooting ONE episode of the formerly famous TV show, Maimi Vice, actually cost more money than the budget for the entire YEAR of Miami’s actual Vice Squad. Hmm. … Well, nobody said that the entertainment industry makes sense, and so we quickly gloss over our bit of insight into that and look at some pictures of beautiful Dee, gracing the shores of Jamaica. 1/1/07	It occurred to us that peering into a Facade might be a dandy way to start the New Year, considering the business we’re in and all. We didn’t really give that enough thought considering all the football on TV today though, as even just Day One on the Set with D.Minion turned out to be one of those “thousands of words and 225 pictures” sort of DM days. Ah, well we technically made it as a New Year’s Day post anyway, assuming you happen to live in the Pacific Time Zone at least. Some times you just need to channel some old country songs as you go through life. Those of you that remember Bobby Bare will understand this: “[We] got ‘er, boy, and that’s what makes [us] THE WINNER.” Whew ….
