Regardless of our chosen career, most of us have at one point or another in our lives suddenly realized the weight of some choice we have made, and nobody has ever thought, “Oh, great! More weight!” … Still, one needs to view life on balance, and given that perspective, it’s probably a lot better to look like Gemma Massey than not. As anyone who has been a member here for some time probably noticed, we sort of missed a traditional holiday celebration back in March. Honestly we have been meaning to fix that oversight and have been making plans since St. Patrick’s Day to correct our omission of the “Erin Go Braless” festivities. Imagine our surprise to learn that today happens to be “National Hug Your Cat Day” — at least according to some. This completely baffled everyone (except D.Minion, she of the Shrine to Sprinkle Donuts on her bulletin board) until we realized that the other 364 days in a year must be “Why in the Hell Would You Want a Cat?” Day. Then it made more sense. Sometimes you just need to see the big picture in order for something to become clear. Faye Regan, for example, helps us a lot today in her unique fashion. We consider it
