Oddly enough, the adult movies business does tend to highlight these relatively rare instances quite frequently. It could have something to do with the movies being intended to represent fantasy and not reality, but honestly it probably has more to do with how much money it costs to spend time talking in adult movies. Economic pressure tends to boil down all decisions to a harsh ranking of priorities, so maybe the producers here were using their decisions as a metaphor for the modern human condition.
