8/30/03	You know, occasionally our old buddy Bert comes up with some great ideas. His poetic review of Ninn Worx’ Fem: Diva inspired this week’s “Weekend” — displacing D.Minion’s “favorite” Olivia Del Rio, in fact. We’re pretty sure Bert can make this up to DM with copious beers at the Members’ Party in a couple of weeks, and we’re also pretty sure the rest of the members will thank Bert. Look at it this way: You’ll get to see Olivia eventually, and Anais is truly a feast for the eyes (and possibly some other stuff). 8/27/03	On a day when, accompanied by Anais, Dee did her first radio interview as an official “Risqué Client” (obviously talking about the upcoming party), we’re giving you what we consider to be perhaps the best set of behind-the-scenes pictures D.Minion has ever shot. This set also includes, among its 134 members, the very best photograph of life on a porn set we’ve ever seen. 8/23/03	We have sort of a Ninn Worx Weekend today, as we met our topic of conversation on a Ninn Worx set, but these are not technically Ninn Worx pictures. Still, we’re not above using the thinest of excuses to show off a new pretty naked girl (who became Cytherea), and we’ve got an exceptional one today. 8/22/03	Most of you probably know that Juli Ashton doesn’t really fit the typical “Porno Girl” mold; Juli’s actually very bright (as are several other performers as a matter of fact), and so when she called in the other day with a quote that she’d read and wanted to share with us, we listened. If you’ve been a member for very long, you know that we tend to be fairly optimistic around here, and pretty much live with the philosophy of “playing the cards you’re dealt.” Juli’s quote, however, says that ever-so-much more eloquently: “Of all the things that might have happened, only one of them actually did.” Cool, huh? 8/19/03	Honesty would actually prevent us from claiming that ALL of the Risqué clients over the years have turned out to be far along on the “human sanity” scale, but, hey, retrospect is for whiners anyway. So on a day when we received a phone call to tell us of the supposed lengthy incarceration ahead for one former client, we happen upon a little story from May of 2001 that focuses on a different one. However, while we’ll confess to not always picking the most rational, or even ethical, of clients EVERY time, we can say one thing with complete candor: Some may turn out to be wacky, but darned if they aren’t all beautiful. We’re glad we ran across this, and we hope you enjoy it too. It’s a wonder we can find anything at all around here sometimes. Then again, I lose my shoes at least once a day. 8/16/03	We’re giving D.Minion a time to vent today, as she recounts her supreme sense of violation by the recent burglary of our humble offices. At least she managed to keep her amazing sense of photographic composition as she chronicled the event, so that’s interesting. However, given our keen understanding of human nature, we’re thinking this may not actually interest a great many of you, so we’re also giving you 25 rather fetching pictures of Sunset Thomas naked, courtesy of our friends at VCA. 8/15/03	This week’s Ninn Worx Weekend highlights a new series for the blossoming company called Pop. Apparently there are women out there that simply don’t like giving head, but we don’t actually know any of them, and we’re quite satisfied with our circle of acquaintances on this “front,” as it were. The initial episode of Pop — featuring our own Anais and Georgia Adair, only with 18 other lovely lasses — begins what we’re thinking will be a wonderful addition to the Ninn Worx line. 2/28/03	Being low people on the totem pole around here means that we get to sit around and compile photo sets and fill orders, and organize tax stuff. It decidely does not mean that we get to visit porno sets and watch beautiful women have sex and generally just hang around naked. Being low people on the totem pole, in short, sucks. 2/6/03	We’re gearing up for another round of Naughty Amateur Home Videos with our favorite hosts of the series, Julia Ann and Inari Vachs. Back in the old days, however, Julia used to host the show with Taylor Hayes, and that’s who was there on this day when D.Minion visited the set. Well, technically Taylor was only there one of the two days for the shoot. History would show that Taylor eventually became too “naughty” for the show altogether, and Inari stepped in. 11/29/02	Now that the Christmas season can officially begin, despite what Southern California retailers have been thinking since before Halloween, we’re taking a moment to appreciate the time of year for its emphasis on retrospect. Words like “tradition,” and “history,” and other such creche phrases (sorry, Lon) bring about a peacefulness, and a comfort with one’s place in the cosmos. Were that not so we would never have the nerve to draw attention to what a half-decade in Risqué evolution has meant. Each of us represents the sum total of our experiences, and the people with whom we’ve come in contact. Were it not for everything that happened in our past, none of us would be in precisely this position today. So we’re showing off a good bit of our past, and hoping sincerely you forgive us our graphic transgressions of the day. (Honestly, some of the graphics are down-right ugly.) If you do nothing else, take a look at what Nikita can draw with a trackball; these were some extraordinary women in wonderful times. 11/26/02	We’ve just decided to stop trying to make any sense of what we do. After putting together what in retrospect turns out to have been one of our largest single posts ever, we noticed that as a technical matter, this subject rests at best tangentially related to us. Still, when people catch our eye (our experienced and critical eye, actually), it seems worth note. Consequently, we created “A Stormy Brewing on the Horizon” and put it up for you. Hey, Stormy’s funny, and y’all know that’s our favorite characteristic around here. Sexy, willing to get naked, and funny: You’re a shoo-in for accolades. And it’s honestly nice to see success for a woman in the industry who’s not a “twig with tits” as some more crude than any of us here would be. We’re never crude. Really. Swear. So here’s the gig: There are 160 pictures, two video files, and more $5 words than you run across in a typical New Yorker Magazine article. 11/21/02	Contrary to popular belief, the most powerful person on the planet is not the President of the United States. The President has “checks and balances” and a whole bunch of folks that look over each and every decision, mostly trying to see what personal benefit they can get, but looking nonetheless. The most powerful person in the world is the cable guy. With almost no verifiable supervision, this person (and we admit “guy” may be “girl” ) determines whether or not your Internet business can actually connect to the Internet. They have evolved the “blank stare” into an art form; they can utter the simple phrase, “Hmmm” with devastating accuracy and result. They control our lives, and we can’t vote them out of office; you can’t really even talk to them without developing a nervous tick in your left eye. Dang. We say all this because FINALLY we can get back to work — four modems, two routers, no less than seven “service calls,” and 42 hours later — but who’s really counting? 11/6/02	We’ve had to crack the Night Calls whip, what with the show airing three weeks in a row for the first time. Those of you that have checked out the new sounds in the chatroom know that we can now do so with sound effects, and that’s a bonus. 6/30/02	In honor of her intrepid return to her Message Board, we’ve decided to show off the earliest pictures we have of the young beauty, Georgia. Most of you probably know she’s featured in a couple of scenes in Basically Becca, and you can see, even as early as a couple of years ago, just what a special affinity she has for the camera. We’re pretty sure that’s what Juli and Becca were discussing in the few shots we snuck in and shot of them too. This “interaction” was actually not for any video release, but seemed to involve other types of release, come to think of it. 6/27/02	We seem to be on a Juli roll here, but in the grand scheme, that seems like a very good thing. 6/24/02	In an atypical caving of conscious, we’ve been won over by office lobbying efforts to post some of the more “timely” stories as they’re, well, timely. D.Minion been after us to sort of bop back and forth between past and present for some time, but Dee finally won us over. For those of you that have seen the office cam shows, you’ll know just how persuasive Dee can be. Wendy’s got a new “do” and D.Minion was on set with her (and, coincidentally, Dee) just last month. Now you can read about Naked Hollywood, Wendy-style, and see her new hair too. Next task is to get Wendy over to the office to show us more of her do’s and don’ts, as they are. 6/21/02	Well, we have inane country music references. We have rare sitings of both D.Minion and some Lucky fellow. We have Kristal as a blonde, Dee as a sex object, and Devinn as her typical Diva. 6/3/02	Juli drops (by) and gives us 50! There’s been such a surge in Buried Treasure sales lately that we thought we’d put up some more stills from the scenes, as kind of a bonus for those that have seen the video.
