| 4/18/20 |  We took an internal Risqué poll and determined that providing naked pictures of Anais definitely qualifies as an Essential Service. While stuck at home watching [some adjective here] people lashing out at confinement and economic shutdown as they venture into public unprotected and in close quarters, we also had the following opinion: We can see how they might be questioning medical experts and government officials who talk in macro terms while we live in micro ones. That said, while we could not force them to be human test subjects for the omnipresent “this is a really bad idea” theory, we find ourselves perfectly willing to let them volunteer. We hope they’re all correct, and we can all go back to normal very soon, because all the panic has been completely over-blown. Despite Presidential whinings about rich people losing money, it does seem like massive amounts of people — poor or not — being able to not die should trump (a word used intentionally, and hilariously, by the way) economic recovery in time for our leader to brag before the next national election. That said, while going into the grocery store wearing masks seemed just fine, we realized that now we could not tell if the store were being robbed by bandits.
