We looked it up on the Internet, and you still can’t just go around killing people, but as near as we could tell, simply glaring at them while hoping their favorite sports team losing the next 100 games in a row would be just fine. Sometimes we lament the difficulty of our jobs. Standards change. The “average” consumer gear gets increased capabilities without them buying anything new, or doing anything differently. Then we have a couple decades’ worth of experiences to try and correlate with Terabytes of stored “assets” (again, as it were), while every day the cast of characters changes. The election was yesterday, and although it may not technically be “over” yet, the fat lady’s certainly warming up in the on-deck circle. Regardless of how you feel about the results of the contest this time around, at least we now have a President that a majority of the American people voted for, and that’s got to count for something. [If Kerry hasn’t conceded yet, he’ll do so soon. He’s a lot of things, but stupid isn’t among them.] So rather than bore everyone with political commentary, of which we’ve had a plethora of late, we decided to focus on the next election and offer a suggestion of Juli Ashton for President.
