11/30/08	Ah, the holiday season begins, and we’ve all the more reason to party with porn stars. As it turns out, though, even way over in “Merry Ol’ England” one needs to be a bit careful about distinguishing between what people say and what we can actually expect. 11/26/08	Post Scripts have never been a big part of the risqué site, and by that we mean that to our knowledge we’ve never done one before, but a degree of uncharacteristic efficiency in the office mandated the approach today. Before D.Minion had technically completed her story of Shayla, Juli, et. al. in Head Trip an adventurous little beaver had gone ahead and compiled the report for upload and then posted it. Consequently we’ve found ourselves in the position of needing to provide the aforementioned Post Script as a solution. 11/24/08	After many, many moons Minion Maverick has meandered back. During his hiatus forced by the ever-so-capable and friendly ISP company in the U.K., though, he did manage to cook up a collection of newly refined skills to aid his web presentations. … Sadly, he did seem to forget all the basic steps he used to actually make posts work, but after some time (and perhaps some recreational taunting) we did manage to get Mav’s latest KazB Bonanza off the ground. Most of us around here have lived long enough to understand the surreal feeling that swept the nation when the results actually became final last night, and for the younger members of our team we released an Official Memo that covers their situation quite succinctly: They have to be quiet until they’re at least 30. We’ll cover the political insights that surfaced on the set last week in a future post, be we will say that Charlie Laine had some of the most logical takes on our socio-economic position, gay rights, and even religion in general. Gosh it was good to talk to Charlie. … Naturally that got us to thinking about the dear lass, and that got us to remembering old friends in general, and that got us to today’s diversion to all the “What the heck happened to the Republicans, and whose fault is it?” discussions littering the networks and the web. 5/30/07	We can tell you for a fact that looking at a blank page (or these days a blank computer screen) and being faced with the task of filling it with pithy insights can be a daunting task. It doesn’t really matter if you’re 10 and in grade school, or 20 and in college, or … well … a bit older than that. The feelings of fright and inadequacy don’t ever really change. If you happen to be new in the office around here, though, you’ll fairly quickly discover that we basically don’t care. You get sentences like this and although all of the words seem to be in English they surely do have a completely convoluted meaning, at least to us "Yanks." Actually the characters all seem to live with a rather pervasive despondency too, but that’s probably outside of where we’re going today. 5/11/07	The best thing about "spring" cleaning has to be that occasionally some nifty things "fall" into your hands that you’d forgotten about. Now certainly "summer" better than others, but "winter" …. Well, honestly we lost it there. Winter just doesn’t seem to fit in anywhere, and since the (alleged) leader around here grew up in Colorado, he considers himself somewhat of an expert on the topic. 10/31/08	We have a lot of wonderful posts around here. (Right?) But we don’t always have wonderfully timed posts around here. Part of the nature of a true “reality in the porn business” site happens to be that schedules can change rapidly – and frequently. We don’t do the typical “print every press release you can find about the business and then try to sell advertising space on your site” sort of approach that almost all of the adult sites do these days. We just try to provide a meek little “Adult Diary” (remember that name you old timers?) of what happens in our little neck of the woods (or whatever body part seems pertinent that particular day). So imagine our surprise when we woke up and somebody on The Today Show mentioned that it’s Halloween. Gee. You’d think we’d notice something like that, at least you would if you didn’t understand the chaos that occasionally defines our existence. Still, we changed the plan once again because there’s really nothing more apropos for this particular day than “Dee & Demon Dog” …. You can see that, right? … Maybe we’ll use today’s plan for tomorrow, or maybe by tomorrow the plan will change again and we’ll have to postpone it to some future time, at which point we’ll undoubtedly say, “Didn’t we put that up yesterday?” Sadly, we’re occasionally like that too. 10/15/06	Whew! We’re finally back to work after the big office move. Things always seem easier looking forward than they do looking back, but sometimes looking back can be fun, particularly when you get a chance to see secret stuff like today.
