3/31/25	Sometimes you will see a person on set enough times for you to confidently profess that she just happens to be a genuinely nice and caring person, even if you do not know her outside of sets at all. (The same might be said of male stars too, in theory, but since we pay almost no attention to male stars, we really have no idea.) Other times you will see a person on set enough times to form a solid opinion that some people are just a waste of oxygen on the planet. (Those can be either sex.) Fortunately for us today, Tessa Taylor happens to be in the former category, so we can ignore the second category completely. (For the record, that tends to be what we do with the second category of people anyway.)

3/26/25	One of the joys of this new office incarnation — because things never did return to the way we were (or any other Streisand song) after COVID — has become when one of the new people does make it within these walls. Almost invariably the task assigned for at least part of the day will be to try and make some organizational inroads into The Risqué Road on some 30,000′ level, a sort of help build the Atlas type of project that may never end. Well, on fun days the rest of us will suddenly hear peals of laughter coming from down the hall, as newbie du jour has discovered some long-forgotten story that we elders could not have recalled under torture. This one happened to be one of a “Cuddly” variety involving how Devinn Lane met Mike Horner on set. … We said what we always say in those cases, “Well, run it if you want to.”

3/22/25	Not a single one of us can even think of a person that ever expressed the slightest interest in thinking about their parents having sex. Odds seem pretty good that it happened at least once, but nobody wants that mental image. We’re pretty sure, in fact, that this explains why we remember how to slam our hands over our ears while loudly proclaiming, “LA-LA-LA … I can’t hear you!” well into our adult-hood. Having said that, we all can name a lot of people that have thought about having sex with someone else’s parent (and more than a few that have done so). Of course our social circles may not be exactly conventional ones, but that doesn’t keep them from being a great deal of fun. (And full of captivating stories.)
3/21/25	For the first full day of Spring this year, we thought we would present some entertaining philosophical rumination. At its base, life honestly presents as a series of choices. Most have but minor ramifications either one way or the other, but some can be significant both in the short and long run. Some might be a choice between two or more good options, but most of the time we seem to be trying to divine the lesser of evils. All in all, the process remains the same, as you narrow options until you have it down to two before seeking advise from trusted friends, or do a deep dive into what research you can online, or maybe even ask someone who has made this decision before so you can see how everything worked out for them. At the end, though, it will be you alone deciding which way to go, and you will have to live with that decision. … Of course many people may not view this debut of Nikita XXX as a philosophical enterprise at all. That would be fine too. We just want everyone to be happy.

3/18/25	For the first time in a while, we’ve got something to say that doesn’t take the better part of a week just to get through. We’ve got interesting insights, cunning contests, tattoos, and other titillation. … At least that would be how we described it before the handy intervention of hindsight. NOW we can explain that the seemingly mystical photographs adorning the captivating videos for Kylie yesterday had a perfectly logical — not to mention captivating — origin. We call it Tats, Tales, and Titillation which does not exactly match the Shayla title, but we figure it will accomplish the same result. People with just ignore it and click on the pretty pictures.
3/17/25	At the risk of irritating all the historic Saints, those of us in the adult industry have our own icon of St. Patrick’s Day in the form of Kylie Ireland. That said, and even apart from the fact that Kylie has a most excellent form, her philosophies of life provide even more of an inspiration to all. So we share that second part of Ms. Ireland today, an aspect which compliments well with beer of any color, truth be told. You still may want to pinch something as you proceed, albeit in a more gentle and caressing fashion we’re guessing. That will be up to you, as that would be all we have to say on the topic today. We have our own philosophies of life too, one of them being that it never pays to piss off the Pope.

3/13/25	Some of us happen to be old enough to remember a famous commercial where a rather fetching woman pleaded with the audience, “Don’t hate me because I’m beautiful.” Now whether or not being old enough to vividly remember a commercial from the 1980s constitutes a good thing or not would be a matter for another time, but we can assure you that as good friends everywhere would do, we did not hate Kelly LeBrock for that reason. Admittedly “friend” might be stretching it with the famous actress –or, y’know just be a complete fabrication –but we can tell you that we remain friends for real with more than a few people that look great naked. All in all, we’re perfectly fine with how things worked out.

3/10/25	If you watch very carefully, you will on rare occasions see pigs fly not only once, but sometimes twice. Although in this case we’re talking about a food truck which could in theory serve pork but absolutely serves Cytherea in a plea deal that quite honestly would not be available to all of us. To be clear, even watching this three or four times will likely not give you any insights as to how to accomplish the tactics Cytherea demonstrates, although this in no way impacts the possibility that one may wish to examine it three or four times. Hey, it beats the heck out of watching the news these days. Everybody pretty much seems just to be arguing what was the other side’s position in the previous administration. Curious, right?

Now we could try to explain what that means, but we’re quickly getting off-topic. Seeing as how fun trips with Shayla was the topic, we should probably get back to that. Just think of us like a sort of everyday family reunion — in the American South, where you can greet your brother and your cousin and be talking to the same person.

3/2/25	Families tend to be very strange things as a rule. Even people who can brag about “normal” ones will have a hard time explaining the quirks and eccentricities of people they would likely never associate with were they not related by blood (and therefore mom forces them to be nice). You will find very religious ones out there, offset by more than a few decidedly agnostic in their views of the world. Some sing capitalist praises and want nothing more than to keep acquiring fancier and fancier stuff all the time, while others honestly (we swear) spend their time more concerned about doing good for others or making the world a better place. All of that said, there cannot be more than a handful of fathers in all the history of fathers that ever yearned to hear this sentence from his daughter: “Look Dad, I’m in Porn!”

3/16/24	Anyone that remembers English class in school could tell that a homonym is not in fact an elderly gay person. That person could also likely tell you the difference between denotation and connotation as regards a single word. Then again, the people that do remember these — we’ll call them not always valuable — bits of knowledge probably do not command large audiences on a regular basis either. Basically, most people will read the adjective “Deviant” before the word “Massage” and be quite happy to consider the intended consequences here without even bothering to consider the niceties of the English language. We feel sad for those people, of course, and we hope they get ice cream soon. That should be available to people regardless of their vocabulary. 3/15/24	If you do not happen to be talking about the weather, we tend to associate good things with the word hail. Consequently, when we Hail Sasha Heart, you probably feel like you get a good idea of what will be in store for today. You spend an hour (minus commercials, so like 15 minutes) watching a bunch of unnaturally happy pretty people do something, and then you think, “Gosh. That looks easy. I could do that.” … And then thousands of dollars, maybe hundreds of hours, several bruises, and many, many cuss words later, you just hire the professionals to not only do the original job, but fix everything you broke in your own ill-advised efforts. 3/29/21	Some jobs look a lot easier when you look at the completed project than they would likely be if you tried to do them yourself. For example, we are not sure how they get all those perfectly little round portions of Babybel cheese, but it has to take some experienced ranchers and a bunch of really talented cows, right? … Fortunately we have more supine, as compared to bovine, interests to consider today — at least as far as one of the consenting adults goes. 3/28/21	Consistent with our ongoing discoveries of just how wildly different all the “Sister” Commune sites happen to be, we ran into a Cytherea preference over the last few years of putting up entire movies where she shows up in the cast, but may not be in every scene. Consequently our Highlight it in New Stuff when a Star Video Reappears strategy does not entirely fit the scenario. So now we have a new plan for these. … Although the scenes themselves will continue to basically magically reappear in the background on the individual sites, when the relevant Team finishes an entire show, we will make note of it here, so nobody misses anything. In this case one could be referring to the efforts nearing completion which will allow Cytherea’s site to bring all those videos back online in the post-flash video world. Fortunately, none of this will affect the amount of times Cytherea flashes at all, in case you were worried. Also, despite office rumors to the contrary, we did not in fact have to come up with a waterproof video player to host Cy’s remastered videos — so we can just put those rumors to rest.
