12/31/05	We couldn’t think of a better way to end the year than with the spectacular Dee, in this, a look back at some of her early efforts on behalf of KSEX radio, technically January 2004 and July 2004. This time of year always brings about retrospect, but it doesn’t always do so with an amazing set of breasts like Dee has, so it did seem appropriate to note. Also, any time we have two excuses to show you these amazing breasts here, we think it only fair that we do so. 12/16/05	A favorite risqué category reappears today with “Dear Readers Speak” – and this time via our old friend Maverick who, although perhaps not always completely understandable, has historically provided some very fond moments for us all … generally by walking into stationary objects whenever he sees Kristal Summers. Maverick’s apparently been taking D.Minion Lessons, though, as somehow he convinced a woman from way over in London to get naked for him while he took pictures. As far as we know, Maverick is recovering nicely from the shock and should be out of the hospital soon. 12/13/05	We’ve been hinting at some changes around here for some time, and so we might as well begin by admitting a failure. You see, even after really, really trying we have failed to convince Justine Joli that we’re all just a little too wacky to take very seriously, and that any association she might develop with us could never actually do her any good. However head-strong most women are, though, you’re going to have to multiply that by a factor of ten (at least) to get the level of determination present in a woman that has been an active part of the adult industry for five years. So we’ve conceded the point, and those of you that are hanging out with us at the AEE show in January will be able to count Justine among your new acquaintances. 12/6/05	Sometimes you just have to stop for a moment and have a little fun. OK. If you’ve been around us for very long you’ve pretty much figured out that this basically forms the primary credo of our existence. Hey, at least we’re up front about it. So we whipped up a little fairy tale and we called upon Monique Alexander to illustrate it. Upon reflection of our probably not prize-worthy efforts, we astutely decided that Monique Alexander could pretty much dress up anything enough to have fun with it. And simple is always good. 12/3/05	What Ho! (And, no, that’s not a question about which young woman happens to be starring in your most recent favorite adult movie.) One of the really cool things about having a web site has to be that by definition you have everything backed up, albeit on a server somewhere. True, it can take some time to download an entire site, particularly one that’s been around as long as we have, and this even if you have a groovy T3 connection. But it’s still possible, and that makes us very happy. We can also now happily show you the thrilling conclusion of Anais and Nick Manning on some shoot or another. 12/2/05	One of the niftiest things about being associated with a cutting-edge technology company like Ninn Worx happens to be that you get a lot of cool toys well before they’re actually available to the general public. Sometimes, however, you plug these new toys into your computer and it kind of makes like Bill the Cat – responding essentially, “ACK!” And it’s not like these come with instruction books, or even help files or anything. In very sad situations, you get the evil “Windows has a problem, please contact your Network Administrator” sort of message, which ranks among the most ominous of signs. (In common parlance, consider this FUBAR in essence.) Now if you happen also to BE the network administrator, you find yourself looking quickly for a paddle to get you down this suddenly smelly creek. Well, such was the bulk of last week, so we haven’t finished the wonderful and far from odiferous account that D.Minion penned while on the set of In the Garden of Shadows. You can’t finish the story yet, but you can get through Day One, and sometimes that’s plenty with D.Minion, if we can be honest. So have some fun, and we’ll get back to you on this. 10/28/05	We came up with the title “Podiatric Ponderings” so it would seem logical that we would have to foot the bill. … That pretty much sums it up for today, folks. 10/23/05	You know what’s worse than your team losing in the last 10 seconds? Being in such a hurry to get the post up in order to watch the game that you forget the “New Stuff” link, and THEN having your team lose in the last 10 seconds … by one point … because of a missed field goal … by one of the most accurate field goal kickers in NFL history. OK, so put a technical date of 10/25/05 on this post, because after the proper amount of grieving time, we happened to notice this little clerical error. On the upside, you could have found the post if you happened to check the “Dee” Main Page, and (as you’ve hopefully surmised) you can now check out many, many words detailing Dee, Chloe and Jezabelle Bond on a “mainstream” shoot that makes the use of mirkins look sane. 10/20/05	Our conversations about the relative nature of “Innocence” have been going on at the office for about a week. Now you may not be overly interested in philosophy, mechanical inclination, or even backgammon, but fortunately we do have Roxy Jezel, Nautica Thorn, and Hillary Scott to distract you. 10/15/05	So the hectic pace around here lately has led to way too many episodes of fast food and pizza delivery. We started realizing that we were probably lacking in some important vitamins, and unless somebody recently changed the four basic food groups to be Triscuits, Beef Jerky, Skittles, and Beer, we might be missing some other things on the nutritional scale too. Then we realized that we’d been lacking Dee stories as well. Obviously we decided that concepts of “Good Health” remain clearly relative, and then we sent D.Minion out for more beer. 10/12/05	Don’t you love words to live by? “If you can’t be a good example, at least you can serve as a horrible warning.” That’s what I learned in a book I was reading recently. At then outside the Adult Video News offices I noticed a bumper sticker that highlighted a Voltaire quote, saying, “Those that can convince you of absurdities can get you to commit atrocities.” All in all it’s been a pretty deep week, it seems to me. OK. That’s pretty much it, although you can look at some pictures if you want. This would be another one of those entries where I’d skip the words if I were you. 3/31/05	Kristal creates some Hard Evidence today, as it were, as we have an unusual story with a lot more words than pictures. 3/28/05	A lot of times on a porn site you wouldn’t follow “We found our motel” with the concluding part of the sentence today, “and headed off to the Helium monument.” Right? Well “A long time ago …” (Someone should really write a book with that beginning.) D.Minion met Dee in Amarillo, Texas, and then they travelled across the Great American Desert to get to Los Angeles. 3/26/05	For some reason people get really afraid of daring punctuation. Maybe primary school English teachers sign some secret oath that mandates that they frighten all young students against anything that isn’t a period or a question mark. Teachers that teach the advancing students can then introduce the comma to the budding minds, but after that the door slams shut …. See? Whatever happened to the good ol’ ellipse? What’s wrong with ALL CAPS to stress a point? And God forbid, on this Easter weekend, that a parenthetical comment ever rear its confusing head. 3/8/05	You know, one of the hard things about writing is that very often things need to rhyme to flow smoothly off of the tongue, or brain, or whatever. So I’m trying to recount my adventures when I should have been at home watching the dogs and D.Minion’s parents, but instead I find myself (and my bummed-up leg) on a porn set observing the creation of a movie called Purple Skye … Yes. Truth is stranger than fiction. 3/1/05	Sorry for the little hiccups of late. We’ve been deep in negotiations (and modifications) for Mr. Ninn, and, well gee, sometimes time flies even when you’re not having loads of fun. At any rate, we did decide that we should try to posts our FINAL (we promise) report on the AEE, at least before it was time for the next one. So, bowing to the requests of too many emails, today you get D.Minion’s take on the Convention. It seems she’s getting jaded too. Or maybe she just doesn’t like being the “go-to girl” at these things. Alas. If you’re going to accept that sometimes life sucks, it makes perfect sense to hang around porn stars all of the time. 8/23/04	If you’ve noticed a run on “Dee Content” over the last couple of weeks, it’s because we’re really proud of our brave young woman as she prepares to leave the nest and begin a concurrent career as a Feature Dancer. Most of you know she’ll be at the Spearming Rhino in Rialto, California this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and then she’ll be at The Blue Zebra in North Hollywood in a month. She’s excited; she’s nervous, and she’s ever-so-cute in this particular state. (Well she’s actually really cute in states besides California too.) 8/2/04	We had to postpone this Ninn Worx Weekend for a couple of days because some mean person corralled the entire crew into helping button up the remodel on the back patio — so we could reinstall the air conditioner for the dogs. It’s getting hot in LA these days, you know. You do get to see some wonderful imagery from Fem: Adagio today, though, and besides we just knew you’d understand.
