12/31/05	We couldn’t think of a better way to end the year than with the spectacular Dee, in this, a look back at some of her early efforts on behalf of KSEX radio, technically January 2004 and July 2004. This time of year always brings about retrospect, but it doesn’t always do so with an amazing set of breasts like Dee has, so it did seem appropriate to note. Also, any time we have two excuses to show you these amazing breasts here, we think it only fair that we do so. 12/16/05	A favorite risqué category reappears today with “Dear Readers Speak” – and this time via our old friend Maverick who, although perhaps not always completely understandable, has historically provided some very fond moments for us all … generally by walking into stationary objects whenever he sees Kristal Summers. Maverick’s apparently been taking D.Minion Lessons, though, as somehow he convinced a woman from way over in London to get naked for him while he took pictures. As far as we know, Maverick is recovering nicely from the shock and should be out of the hospital soon. 12/13/05	We’ve been hinting at some changes around here for some time, and so we might as well begin by admitting a failure. You see, even after really, really trying we have failed to convince Justine Joli that we’re all just a little too wacky to take very seriously, and that any association she might develop with us could never actually do her any good. However head-strong most women are, though, you’re going to have to multiply that by a factor of ten (at least) to get the level of determination present in a woman that has been an active part of the adult industry for five years. So we’ve conceded the point, and those of you that are hanging out with us at the AEE show in January will be able to count Justine among your new acquaintances. 12/6/05	Sometimes you just have to stop for a moment and have a little fun. OK. If you’ve been around us for very long you’ve pretty much figured out that this basically forms the primary credo of our existence. Hey, at least we’re up front about it. If you can’t have fun, in life, after all, it’s just not very fun. You can see that, can’t you? (We claimed to be fun-loving, not necessarily deep and philosophical you’ll notice.) So we whipped up a little fairy tale and we called upon Monique Alexander to illustrate it. Upon reflection of our probably not prize-worthy efforts, we astutely decided that Monique Alexander could pretty much dress up anything enough to have fun with it. And simple is always good. 12/3/05	What Ho! (And, no, that’s not a question about which young woman happens to be starring in your most recent favorite adult movie.) One of the really cool things about having a web site has to be that by definition you have everything backed up, albeit on a server somewhere. True, it can take some time to download an entire site, particularly one that’s been around as long as we have, and this even if you have a groovy T3 connection. But it’s still possible, and that makes us very happy. We can also now happily show you the thrilling conclusion of Anais and Nick Manning on some shoot or another. (We’re sure you could just barely contain your enthusiasm since yesterday, by the way.) Maybe we’d better just let you get right to it, come to think of it. 12/2/05	One of the niftiest things about being associated with a cutting-edge technology company like Ninn Worx happens to be that you get a lot of cool toys well before they’re actually available to the general public. Sometimes, however, you plug these new toys into your computer and it kind of makes like Bill the Cat – responding essentially, “ACK!” And it’s not like these come with instruction books, or even help files or anything. In very sad situations, you get the evil “Windows has a problem, please contact your Network Administrator” sort of message, which ranks among the most ominous of signs. (In common parlance, consider this FUBAR in essence.) Now if you happen also to BE the network administrator, you find yourself looking quickly for a paddle to get you down this suddenly smelly creek. Well, such was the bulk of last week, so we haven’t finished the wonderful and far from odiferous account that D.Minion penned while on the set of In the Garden of Shadows. You can’t finish the story yet, but you can get through Day One, and sometimes that’s plenty with D.Minion, if we can be honest. So have some fun, and we’ll get back to you on this. 7/27/05	Oh, boy … Now we’ve done it. For those of you that aren’t members of both sites, Michael (over at MichaelNinn.com obviously) recently wanted us to try putting D.Minion stories about his shoots over on his site too. Now we’ve always put them here if they inolved anyone we know and love, but a silly as it sounds Mr. Ninn sometimes does shoots that don’t include any Risqué women. I know. Crazy, huh? Anyway he loved the way it looked and the response it got, so now he wants us to do them for EVERY Ninn Worx shoot. Now it may not seem like it, but it’s a lot of work to post these stories the way we do, and since The Risqué Clan represents the major focus around here, we came up with a plan. We agreed to the task on the condition that y’all could see the “other” Ninn shoot stories too, and Michael agreed (happily, we might add). So today you get to see Porn Star which, although not technically starring anyone from our group, the movie does rather heavily relay on some personalities you may be very familiar with. That’s all we’ll say. We don’t mind helping Michael, but we’re still going to be nice about it. 7/25/05	One would think that working in the XXX Industry would be a fairly good job. Now we should probably dispell some myths here before we even get started, so “bare” [sic, we know] with us as we try not to ruin too many fantasies. … Hmm … This might be too large of a topic for a “New Stuff” lead-in, so let’s just go with the Bigee Myth: Women in the Porn Industry don’t actually have sex with anyone, anywhere, at the drop of a hat, or even trousers. OK. That’s over with. Actually this works exactly like most jobs. Everything gets old if you do it often enough. Honestly, the technical production of your favorite Adult Fare, probably wasn’t nearly as romantic as you might imagine. Put in more understandable terms, if you’re married it’s not that your spouse has “lost something” nearly so much as it is that you’re just really, really used to it. So don’t feel bad. (Do something about it, but don’t just sit around feeling bad.) More on point for the rest of us, as to today’s purposes we’ve called our wonderfully illustrated insights “Down in the Dolldrums” [still sic, we know]. 7/13/05	Well we assume that figuring out what went wrong should make us feel better, but basically it just means that we have a lot of “fixing” to do. Sigh. Still, the first lost story that surfaced from technical oblivion happened to be D.Minion’s account of the same Innocence shoot that Lon had an account of … sort of. There were a couple of shoots going on at the same time, and DM (this time around) only accounted for ONE of the two while still managing to get in 280 pictures and over 6,000 words. This is one of those many, many words posts, y’all, so prepare yourselves while we go look for some more of what we lost. Don’t worry too much though: We’re only looking for lost stories. We gave up looking for our minds some time ago. Call this D.Minion’s take on “Innocence and Slutty Innocence.” Oh, and there was a tie in the voting for the thumbnail to include here, so we just used them both. 7/7/05	Sometimes Lon just says it best. He had a chance to visit one of Michael’s sets a while back, and he had a camera with him (imagine that). 6/30/05	You know what? We haven’t been talking about Dee enough. For awhile we just thought these uncomfortable feelings were just from the long hours at Ninn Worx, or trying to get a deep understanding of really sexy subjects like “video compression techniques” or something. We even gave the “must have had some bad seafood” theory a brief visit, but then we realized that unless it comes wrapped in paper, we haven’t eaten it lately. Then we saw Dee at LA Erotica and we realized the obvious truth of the matter: We haven’t been talking about Dee enough. You know, you can spend time with your head buried in codec geekdom, on machines that cost many thousands of dollars, and you still miss the simple stuff. 6/27/05	Conventions and Events pretty much describe the modern working world in America. No matter what you do for a living, there’s almost certainly a convention somewhere (every year) that brings all of you like-minded people together … probably to talk amongst yourselves about how hideous it is to try to do what you do for a living. … well … We have those also. And we also have those Events that really, really want to be in this “essential” catagory, so that they might make a bunch of money off of all of us too. Consider LA Erotica. Now the people that attend this paticular convention are much more interesting than the folks that pay money to display their wares, as it were, but it’s still a rather fun place to hang out for a bit. This year it cost $30 per person, per day, and that probably makes some accountant happy somewhere. We just went for the pretty girls. Sometimes simple is best. 2/26/05	This is a “kinda-sorta” Ninn Worx Weekend set, although the shots don’t technically come from a DVD Gallery, they are here out of the goodness and niceness of Michael Ninn. Mostly we like them because they contain many, many pictures of Anais, Dee, Angel Cassidy, and Georgia Adair enjoying themselves (and at least one happy man). 2/7/05	D.Minion files her Super Bowl 2005 report today, but doesn’t really talk much football. I think the entire gridiron report was “Oh, yeah. The Patriots won. Rah.” We do get some take on the commercials, though, and a rather lengthy report on the current state of the miniature dachshunds. Great. She closes with a dirty dozen shots from last week’s Ninn shoot, however, so you can just skip to Katsumi, Penny Flame, Mia Smiles, and some beautiful Russian girl I didn’t get to meet. (Drat.)
