5/28/05	It’s Memorial Day Weekend, as most of the US folks know, and we’re celebrating. True, most Americans likely can’t even remember what we’re supposed to be memorializing (as anyone that’s ever seen “Jaywalking” on The Tonight Show can attest), but a very few people might recall that some people have spent millions of dollars, and some rather more important people have died, giving us the chance to carve our little free niche in the world. So grill some beef. Eat some hotdogs. Play frisbee with your dog. … And try not to be too upset with the fact that banks are closed on Monday. At least most of you don’t have to go to work, after all. Oh, and if you’ve got the time, you might check out D.Minion’s Risqué Retrospective. Nobody died, and not even any animals were harmed, in this little synopsis of time. But, gee, ain’t it funny how time slips away? 5/27/05	The Porn Industry hasn’t quite figured out the deceptively important concept of picking a title with care. We tend to name things with what they ARE, rather than what they’re ABOUT. Of course many would say that’s simply because the adult “movies” are exactly what they are about, but those people are still wearing trenchcoats and looking for cheap thrills from a hole in the wall if you ask me. Fortunately, no one asks me much, and so I can spend my time enjoying Dee Directing once again. Also, I don’t blame her for the title. You can now enjoy her too. 5/25/05	Over the years we’ve come to understand that it’s always preferable to wake up with a beautiful woman. 5/20/05	So you meet a new person, and you’re still in the getting to know each other stage, right? 1/31/05	We don’t know quite how to describe Mav’s MEGA Report on Internext, the AEE, and the AVN Awards show except to say it’s BIG. It’s really, really BIG. There are well over 300 pictures and 7,000 words. Heck, we had to build the mother of all index pages, just to try to help people figure out where they are in the story when they come back to it. Let’s put it this way, from within the story and picture pages there are FORTY THREE individual links back to the index page. You’re going to need a lot of beer for this one, folks. Lots of pretty girls, though, and Lon becomes a Hip Hop artist. Most of you know she’ll be at the Spearming Rhino in Rialto, California this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and then she’ll be at The Blue Zebra in North Hollywood in a month. 8/6/04	Once upon a time, a young girl wanted a porno contract … OK. That’s probably not a story you want to share with anyone underage, but in real life that sometimes happens. Back in the days when Jessica Drake was a contract girl for Sin City, and before Julia signed a contract with her third company, D.Minion was on the set of The Contract. 8/4/04	Well, Night Calls isn’t on this week, but don’t fall into the trap of trying to understand why. We put it in the category of “Never try to teach a pig to sing …” On the upside, we have D.Minion’s account of the most recent Night Calls, and we also have the good news that Night Calls will be on one week from today, complete with expected zaniness. The topic for that evening seems to be “Star Fuckers” so we assume it has something to do with tea. 8/2/04	We had to postpone this Ninn Worx Weekend for a couple of days because some mean person corralled the entire crew into helping button up the remodel on the back patio — so we could reinstall the air conditioner for the dogs. It’s getting hot in LA these days, you know. You do get to see some wonderful imagery from Fem: Adagio today, though, and besides we just knew you’d understand. We were, after all, “On a Mission from Dog” … (At the very least, we amuse ourselves.)
