Love BabesThe theory goes that most people really go for the “celebration of love” today. In a conscious decision, we’re going to avoid issues of why those of us in love need a special day for that, and why those of us just wishing we were in love need to be reminded of that lonely state. All in all, that seemed safest.

Basically I’m just popping in here to help explain the little group of photos at the bottom of this page. It seems DM still has a bit of a learning curve to conquer on the “throw” concept, so maybe just a bit of explanation might help. This scene comes from the (sadly still un-released) Essentially Julia Ann title from the production company Juli and I used to own called Ashton View Promotions. In this particular scenario, Devinn Lane had convinced Julia Ann that Devinn’s husband would be a fun person to have sex with, while she and Juli (Ashton) watched, and we all filmed it. Yeah, so it’s probably not the sort of conversation that many of you have ever had, but there you have it.

Love in an ElevatorRemember the old game show What’s My Line? [Oh, dear. This doesn’t bode well.] OK. So unless you happen to be D.Minion, probably not, but for our purposes today, you need only know the basics. Every show they’d have a “Mystery Guest” come on and then four judges would ask questions designed to help them guess the occupation of said guest. [Also, if you do happen to remember What’s My Line, I wouldn’t concern myself too much, as you’re just elderly, not necessarily crazy. However, if you remember that the host was “John Charles Daly” then you really need to get out of the house more. In that case, we do worry about you.]

The Risqué Crew did have a Mystery Guest in attendance at the convention this year, actually, and her recent occupations fascinated us all for the entire time. One always wonders what happens in “Life After Porn” but we rarely get a chance to hear about it. [Actually the stories tend to be pretty much the same: Fell in love. Got married. Had babies. (Sometimes followed by the second most popular story line: Fell out of love. Got divorced. Came back to porn to make money.)] Remember the “Mystery Welder” photo we showed you a few weeks back? [HERE – OK, so technically that would here “HERE” on the Members’ Side. Sorry.], well, she actually showed up in Vegas the night we all arrived, drug her various mismatched duffel bags out of the back of her truck into the suite [True story.], and began to deal with the onslaught of questions from all of us about the last five years. [Also, true. … And “onslaught” represents excellent word choice in this instance.]

Properly Partying Porn StarFor this year’s Christmas UKAP party, the British weather had decided to bring in lows that made temperatures start to head into the minuses. Since Lucky and the guys have been snowed in with code lately, he has put me in charge of the Risque Queue. That means I get to choose what to post next. Mwaaaahaahaha! Absolute power! (OK, I am scheduling much of it myself … with help from the boss.) [You have to be careful about putting DM in charge of the queue, actually. Before you know it, every post will be Olivia Del Rio, Dee, or anyone dressed up in a cheerleader outfit.]

It was time for another Shayla post! Yay! Shayla has given us discs and discs of wonderful photos, so I poured through them and found one with Shayla, her guy Anthony, and Olivia Del Rio! Whoo hoo! [Gee. Imagine that.] That was the one! I adore Olivia Del Rio! I could barely talk with her, and tended to run behind furniture and peek at her the few times we were on set together, but I sure do love her movies and photos! [To this day a particularly fetching photo of Olivia happens to be the only one we’ve ever had run through the office for which D.Minion requested a large format physical print that she could hang up at home. None of us has ever had the nerve to ask where she hung the picture, however.]

Unfortunately, I hadn’t been there when this scene was shot so Shayla filled me in. [Insert “filled in” joke here, and try to avoid D.Minion visuals. We do.]
