11/30/08	Ah, the holiday season begins, and we’ve all the more reason to party with porn stars. As it turns out, though, even way over in “Merry Ol’ England” one needs to be a bit careful about distinguishing between what people say and what we can actually expect. On the other hand, when Mav attended such a learning experience over in London earlier this month, he at least got to spend some time with beautiful women he’d previously not met, and he got to drink a lot of beer. 11/27/08	Sometimes tradition for the sake of tradition can be really silly (at best), but when you get the chance to watch the worst team in the NFL play the best (arguably) team in the NFL, you can really understand why all those settlers braved the severe conditions, battles, and other hardships to stake a claim for this wonderful country. In keeping with our own traditional spirit of Giving Thanks, in our own unique way, we’re offering up our own Best Wishes to all of you before we retreat to post-gluttony stupor. 11/26/08	Post Scripts have never been a big part of the risqué site, and by that we mean that to our knowledge we’ve never done one before, but a degree of uncharacteristic efficiency in the office mandated the approach today. Before D.Minion had technically completed her story of Shayla, Juli, et. al. in Head Trip an adventurous little beaver had gone ahead and compiled the report for upload and then posted it. Consequently we’ve found ourselves in the position of needing to provide the aforementioned Post Script as a solution. 11/24/08	After many, many moons Minion Maverick has meandered back. During his hiatus forced by the ever-so-capable and friendly ISP company in the U.K., though, he did manage to cook up a collection of newly refined skills to aid his web presentations. … Sadly, he did seem to forget all the basic steps he used to actually make posts work, but after some time (and perhaps some recreational taunting) we did manage to get Mav’s latest KazB Bonanza off the ground. Interestingly we did have some “parts left over” when we finished and not being ones to waste leftover naked lady bits, we’ve included them for you here. … Three weeks away and he can’t remember a thing. 11/8/08	Pundits say that this past Presidential Election will have marked historical significance because “you will always remember where you were when Barack Obama became President.” Now we’re including this bit of information not because this pundit theory actually demonstrates any sort of keen insight, but rather because you just don’t get to say the word “pundit” very often in life, and so you should always take advantage of the opportunity when it presents itself. 11/5/08	Well, that was an unusual election, right? Most of us around here have lived long enough to understand the surreal feeling that swept the nation when the results actually became final last night, and for the younger members of our team we released an Official Memo that covers their situation quite succinctly: They have to be quiet until they’re at least 30. We’ll cover the political insights that surfaced on the set last week in a future post, be we will say that Charlie Laine had some of the most logical takes on our socio-economic position, gay rights, and even religion in general. Gosh it was good to talk to Charlie. … Naturally that got us to thinking about the dear lass, and that got us to remembering old friends in general, and that got us to today’s diversion to all the “What the heck happened to the Republicans, and whose fault is it?” discussions littering the networks and the web. 2/28/08	We’re reaping the rewards of the UK extension today with a new gallery on KazB. We thought we’d mention it here too, just in case people aren’t yet used to looking at the 247AdultStars main page yet. Maverick uses a more traditional approach with his site, that being essentially just adding new gallery (or video) links to a star’s "main" page to update. Apparently not everyone on the web talks as much as we do. Go figure. That’s hardly the only non-traditional thing about us if you really want to know the truth. 2/23/08	Granted we’re paying a not-so-subtle tribute to yet another UK influence with our "Stray Cats" references. 2/19/08	Well the Geeks around here are all abuzz about some new Flash Video player they’re designing, or working with, or modifying … or some such silliness, and the rest of us have been forced to watch our own Kristal Summers in a bunch of her recent releases as we try to come to terms with where exactly the term MILF came from and why anyone is surprised that women over 22 years old can be sexy. 2/8/08	Big news on the horizon usually means silly amounts of code work in the office. And we can assure you that it takes a special kind of person to spend hours and hours tweaking miniscule amounts of code to the point where when people see it, they simply say, "Cool." … And the name for that special kind of person is weird in case you’re curious. Consequently while the alleged boss dude was distracted, someone from the Blue Collar Comedy writing corps obviously infiltrated our ranks as we were working on the next installment of the AEE 2008 review. Somebody better settle that writers’ strike in Hollywood pretty quick because those folks can be a bad influence on the young and impressionable it seems. On the upside, "Porn Princess" Christina and Redish will be happy, because they can finally know that all of their "stuff" will be shipping out this week. 2/3/08	We were going to post the final episode of the "Pink Makes Dee Think" Cam Show to celebrate the final day of the 2007 NFL season. … But then someone here pointed out that this is not in fact technically the last day of the season. We won’t mention whom, since that might be unnecessarily critical, but we will say that her name rhymes with "See Em" (if you note that we haven’t used an apostrophe in that second word). So we’re making it "Episode Two" and we’re trying to be nice about it. Still, has anyone actually watched a Pro Bowl in the last 15 or 20 years? … Well we haven’t either. … Basically we all know that the Pro Bowl just serves as methadone for football addicts. … Our final advice would be to just wait a day or so on this and watch the Super Bowl. And if you don’t like football, just do what "DM" does: Read a book during the game and look up to watch the commercials. (OK. 6/30/07	It may seem hard to believe, but we always read and (mostly) listen to the member emails that come in. Now we can’t say we always follow the “advice” since some of the “suggestions” seem to be physically impossible, but some of them are actually nice, and those we tend to pay attention to. We also like giving friends a semi-public chance to “vent” when life has given them lemons … or marshmellow bunnies, or something … and so we’re able to accomplish two goals very early in the process today. We get to see a lot of “Dee Behind the Scenes” changing clothes and generally being adorable and we get to learn some history that involves many, many naked women. All in all, with this much accomplished before nine o’clock in the morning, we’d better go spend some quality time with the dogs. So we’ve made the (considerable) effort to do that. 5/30/07	We can tell you for a fact that looking at a blank page (or these days a blank computer screen) and being faced with the task of filling it with pithy insights can be a daunting task. It doesn’t really matter if you’re 10 and in grade school, or 20 and in college, or … well … a bit older than that. The feelings of fright and inadequacy don’t ever really change. If you happen to be new in the office around here, though, you’ll fairly quickly discover that we basically don’t care. We try and try to tell new folks to just write the truth, just write what they feel, and the rest of us will work it in. All of that said, "Bijou Boudoir" makes her debut today, and in keeping with another of our general philosophies, that’s more than enough French for one day. Suddenly we’re thinking of soup though. Odd. The rest of you can enjoy watching a newbie at work with some dazzling and beautiful young women doing some dazzling and beautiful things with each other. 5/13/07	"It was chucking it down on Tyneside and the St. James’ Park pitch was slippery, so there were at least the odd hideously mistimed tackle and some handbags at ten paces, but that was as exciting as it got." … That’s a quote out of a detective story by Mark Billingham, and if you’re a murder mystery fan and have never read anything written by a modern writer from the U.K. you should put it on your list. You get sentences like this and although all of the words seem to be in English they surely do have a completely convoluted meaning, at least to us "Yanks." Actually the characters all seem to live with a rather pervasive despondency too, but that’s probably outside of where we’re going today. Rather we address another set of baffling decisions as we begin our look with D.Minion on the set of Fem: Staccato. We’re not positive any of this is quite cricket, come to think of it. 5/11/07	The best thing about "spring" cleaning has to be that occasionally some nifty things "fall" into your hands that you’d forgotten about. Now certainly "summer" better than others, but "winter" …. Well, honestly we lost it there. Winter just doesn’t seem to fit in anywhere, and since the (alleged) leader around here grew up in Colorado, he considers himself somewhat of an expert on the topic. Rather more to point we decided to take a look at Musa acuminata, but then we decided not to monkey around with that either. The first thing they were going to do was the D.Minion account from the entire shoot of Becoming Georgia Adair, Self Portrait – all 600 or so pictures – all taken back in the days before digital cameras got really good and using Photoshop to "improve" them was actually quite a bit of a challenge. And then they –"got stuck" – I think was the technical explanation I’ve heard most often. Well we’ll start with some good ol’ Dee at KSEX insights while we try to figure out what’s going on.
